Top tip 🌟🌟🌟Always plan tomorrow the night before. I love to write everything down in my planner that I need to do the next day, so I wake up ready and productive! It’s also like a brain dump. This helps me sleep better at night and not lay in bed with a million things running through my brain.
There is always something powerful on putting your thoughts onto paper. 🤓

Received my new planner for the year! 🤓
Okay so I am a few weeks late at getting my sh*t together 🤪 Let’s just say the last few weeks have been a whirlwind!
I’ve tried a different planner the last two years, but I felt like it was time to mix it up!
Some things to know about me… .
I LOVE to be organized!! And I love creating to-do lists!! In fact when I got married and each time I had a baby I created a binder for the all the info I was given. 🤓🤓🤓My hubby thought I was crazy as he’s the opposite 😂
Here’s the thing though…. I am always asked HOW I manage my own business from home with all the other to-do’s and with kids…..I’ll admit each year that passes it’s still tricky … even though my kids are a little older now they talk like no other! So the questions/demands/needs are non-stop -- I would be lost without a planner!!! I am always in a training of some sort, I have at least one bootcamp going on at ALL times, I have to check in with coaches on my team daily and I have to make sure I know what the hell I’m doing in my own workout program! It’d be easy to be a hot mess and honestly sometimes I am ...😉BUT this definitely helps me keep it all together!
The old Kelly -- prior to coaching never even thought about life-long goals… May sound a little cheesy, but coaching has allowed me to think outside the box and think about what I really want!🙌🏻
Anyone use this planner before? Any tips? Or if you have a different one what is it???👇🏻
A year and a half ago I took these pictures...before and after my first few weeks on my health and fitness journey. I can tell you exactly what I was thinking in that moment: I am NEVER showing these photos to ANYONE.
I was embarrassed that I had let myself go and confused about how it had happened. I knew I had gained weight, but it wasn’t until I saw myself in a half naked photo that I realized how much I’d actually gained.
While neither photo was one I was satisfied with, I was proud of the one here on the right because it showed progress indicative of the work I’d put in over those 3 weeks. The progress I had made by eating the right foods in the right portions, doing 30 minutes of daily exercise, and giving my body the vitamins and minerals it needs.
I didn’t do it alone, though. I had a Coach who helped me get started and a group of ladies doing that same program with me who helped me stay motivated to get results. I don’t think I could have done it without them, because I had tried so many times before and been unsuccessful.
And now it’s my turn to Coach you. With that same program that jump-started my health and fitness journey and led me to hit my goal weight and peak fitness level. It’s my turn to pay it forward.
So if you want to be one of the 5 ladies I coach this month, comment below, send me a private message or click the link in my profile to get in touch.
“The things you are afraid to do is a clear indication of what you need to do next.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson .
Saw this quote this morning and it reminded me SO much of WHY I faced my fears just 6 years ago. .
I signed up to do a crazy bootcamp style gym challenge with my friend. 😳 She and I have a long history of talking each other into doing things in life and I wasn’t backing down this time! But, I was absolutely TERRIFIED! .
😆I was NOT athletic, drank diet cherry coke🍟 instead of water, and lived on anything out of a box... oh! and I was a vegetarian. Blah! 😰I was definitely someone that NEEDED this experience, but I also felt like the last person who should be there. .
I was afraid. I was fearful. Mostly, I was embarrassed to expose the kind of life I was living. UNHEALTHY. Disordered eating. Negative self talk daily. 😲And depressed and anxious. .
I spent 8 weeks learning, changing, being challenged, and GROWING. I grew through facing my fear and trying new things... kettle bells, kickboxing, TRX, yoga, and eating well. But, I did it. I proved that I was capable. I not only got physically STRONG, but mentally TOUGH. 💪🏼🤓
I was invited to become an instructor at that gym and it forever changed the course of my life. I, again, was super FEARFUL the moment the owner suggested it. I considered why I would say no and it all pointed to FEAR. After I got over the fear, I said YES. .
When I was approached with the opportunity to become a Health & Wellness Coach two years later and help people from all over the USA, Canada, and the UK (starting this fall)... I said YES immediately. I was fearful, but my past proved that doing SCARY HARD things leads to growth, and a great perspective on your purpose and passion. So glad I said YES to all these opportunities and continue to say YES to this amazing life. I know we have some big, fun, exhausting, and sometimes scary adventures ahead. .
So cheers to facing the fear and living on the other side :)
In the midst of our weekly schedules and our many, MANY “to do’s” that will be accomplished or never get done 🙄😅, this list encourages us to seek the priorities of our faith first. The things that will sustain us spiritually and physically til the very end.✅🙏🏾 #dailyencouragement#todolist
Sometimes people ask me what I do all day (I know it’s silly, but having unconventional jobs and hours confuse people). Yes, I do work just like you.
Here’s my to-do list for tonight (keep in mind it’s 5 pm). • Eat lunch (yes lunch not dinner, I haven’t eaten lunch yet). 🍴 • Make dinner for the kids. 🥘 • Fight one of the kids to eat said dinner. • Listen to the background music of “Trolls” for the umpteenth time. 🎶 • Pick up coats, hats and boots that threw up all over my house when the kids came home.🧣🧤 • Complete payroll and accounting for farm. 💰 • Clean the house (or maybe I’ll simply finally find a house cleaner, any suggestions?). • Get stuck kid out from behind the couch. • Work on non-farm and real work for my paying job (I’m lucky to have jobs I love - farmer and creative designer). ❤️ • Break up a few arguments between the kids. • Bathe kids and put them to bed. 🛀 • Clean up the kitchen and do dishes. 🥄 • Hope that my husband remembers to bring me home dinner, after he goes out with friends. 🍲 • Find a drink. 🍷 • Think of blog posts, I’ve seemed to run out of steam on these (ideas welcomed and encouraged)! 🐮 • Sit down to watch Fixer Upper from last night and fall asleep before they pick a house. 💤 • Repeat all over tomorrow only with two kids in tow. 🤦🏼♀️ What does your evening look like? *remember I am no complaining, simply keeping it real.*
I don't have the time!
It's the excuse many of us use daily.
Do ever wonder where your time all goes?
Have you written down how you spend time?
I tracked my days and was shocked.
I wasted a ton of time on NOTHING!
Like FB & IG scrolling or HGTV watching.
I am still working on it all, but I'm getting better!
I have found tips & solutions that have helped me accomplish my to do list!
I want to share with you.
Are you ready to make the time?
