Pizzę z @leonardoverdewarsaw tutaj naprawdę uwielbiam. 😍Makarony też. Przychodząc już tutaj kolejny raz postanowiłam w końcu spróbować czegoś innego. Zdecydowałam się na Tofu Piccata, czyli tofu z cytrynowo-kaparowo-maślanym sosem, podawane z kukurydzą i sałatką. Samo tofu było bardzo dobre, smakowało jak moje ulubione, domowej roboty od pana z hali mirowskiej 😋 Świetnie komponowało się z kwaśno-pikantnymi dodatkami i słodką kukurydzą. Jednak, mimo tego że porcja była całkiem spora, nie najadłam się po korek (na szczęście mój chłopak nie dojadł, więc ostatecznie było idealnie). Podsumowując, danie było smaczne, ale następnym razem zdecyduję się jednak na klasyczną pizzę - naprawdę ciężko ją przebić. 👌❤️Ciekawa jestem jeszcze oferty lunchowej. 🤔 Znacie Leonardo Verde? Escondidinho de inhame com glutadela, tofu grelhado e saladinha! Aí tem 2 col. sopa de purê de inhame e glutadela refogada com cebola, alho, tomate e cenoura salada. Em cima coloquei castanha do Brasil ralada, semente de abóbora, semente de girassol, gergelim e outros grãos perdidos. O tofu fiz na frigideira em fogo baixo com shoyo, óleo de gergelim, açafrão e pimenta (nos stories fixos tem a receita passo a passo desse tofu!!). 😘

Vai no meus stories que tem o modo de preparo, com algumas dicas!
Muito fácil de fazer!
Refogue meia cebola picadinha em um fio de óleo. Enquanto isso, amasse cerca de 400g de tofu com um garfo. Junte com a cebola na frigideira. Adicione 1 cc de sal (ou a gosto), cúrcuma (açafrão-da-terra, capricha até amarelar), orégano a gosto e 1 tomate picadinho. Mexa bem até começar a dourar (eu gosto de deixar até dar uma pegadinha no fundo). Finaliza com um fio de azeite. Está pronto! 
Se fizer questão do gosto característico de ovo, use sal negro. Eu tô fora, eca! Hahahaha

Easy Crispy “Chicken” Tofu 🚫🐓❤️

What you’ll need:

1 block extra firm tofu
2 Tbsp coconut oil 
Garlic and herb seasoning
Salt and cracked black pepper 
No-chicken broth (Mine was 32 oz. but I didn’t use it all)

How to make it: 
1. Open packaged block of tofu, drain and wrap block in several layers of paper towels. On counter top begin to gently press the tofu with your hands to release excess liquid for about 1 minute.
2. Let rest for 2 minutes. Make sure it is pretty dry, you want it to absorb as much of the broth as possible.
3. Slice the tofu into chicken like strips.
4. Marinate tofu in chicken-less broth for 30 minutes to 1 hour minimum. NOTE: I did mine over night for maximum flavor. ✨

5. After done marinating remove from broth let rest, season all sides with salt, pepper and garlic and herb to taste. 
6. Add oil to pan heat 1-1/2 minutes. Be sure oil is evenly spread over the entire surface of the pan. If the recommended amount of oil does not cover the size and surface of your pan add additional Tbsp.
7. Place seasoned tofu in the pan, leaving room between each piece.
Note: If you like a little kick to your “chicken” tofu add cayenne pepper to taste 
8. Cook first side for about 5 minutes, do not disrupt tofu during this cook time unless to gently shake pan to make sure they aren’t sticking. You will see a golden crust beginning to form up the sides of each piece. Once crust forms turn them over to cook other side. You can add more oil if the pan seems too dry.
9. The second side will only take about 3 minutes to cook so be careful to not over or undercook. To brown all sides toss for additional 2 minutes. 
10. Once all sides are browned remove from heat and enjoy! 
Pair crispy “chicken” tofu with veggies or enjoy by themselves with a dipping sauce!

5. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place seasoned side facedown and add salt, pepper and garlic and herb to taste on the unseasoned side.
6. Bake tofu for 10 min, then take it out, flip and bake second side 6-8 minutes. 
7. Once they are done the tofu will be yellowish. Add to recipe, drizzle sauce over them or enjoy by on its own!
I paired mine with whatever needed to be eaten. 😅 Also know as the produce clean out Buddha bowl/plate I have once a week! I drizzled my sweet potatoes with my homemade cashew cheese after the photo too! 😋

Au menu ▶ riz 1/2 complet + potimarron rôti à l'ail et herbes de Provence + tofu mariné aux épices et cuit au four avec la courge + sauce cacahuète & miso (un mariage qui marche SI bien). C'est tellement facile à préparer et je me suis régalée 💜Et vous, c'était quoi aujourd'hui ?

-1 cuadrito de tofu firme.
-1/4 taza de leche de almendras.
-Un puñito de pasitas hidratadas (las dejas una noche antes remojando).
-2 cditas de extracto de vainilla.
Metes todo a la licuadora y licúas hasta que quede la consistencia cremosa y similar a la del yoghurt. Las pasitas son para endulzar así que si no tienes puedes utilizar azúcar, sustituto de azúcar o dátiles hidratados. 
La neta está suuuper fácil de hacer y queda muy bien con granola y fruta. *Despues de hacerlo dura aproximadamente 4 días en el refri. 
Ojalá lo disfrutes ✨.

El yoghurt siempre me ha gustado mucho pero desde hace rato que los lácteos no me caen muy bien. Anoche ya estaba acostada pero me entró la idea de hacerlo y me levanté para meterme a la cocina, jajajaja, aquí el resultado:.

Simple Rainbow Cobb Salad🌈 w/ tangy avocado ranch drizzle 🥑

What you’ll need:

1/4 avocado 
1 1/2-2 Tbsp @followyourheart vegan ranch
1 1/2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 cherry tomatoes
2 petite orange bell peppers
1/3 cup scrambled tofu, chilled 
1/2 cup broccoli florets 
1 1/2 cups washed baby spinach 
Pink salt and fresh cracked black pepper

How to make it:

1. Wash and prepare vegetables.
2. Make your drizzle. In blender cup add avocado, lemon juice, ranch, water and cracked black pepper, Blend until creamy. If you do not have blender cup mash avocado with with fork to create a paste then add the rest of the ingredients. *Note: The scrambled tofu recipe is in a few posts down, modify by not adding extra veggies and chill before serving so it resembles egg texture . 
3. Combine all ingredients in decorative format, drizzle with tangy avocado ranch, top with additional fresh cracked black pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy!

El #tofu es un derivado de la #soja, por lo tanto, en dietética se considera dentro del grupo de las #legumbres, ese que los dietistas insisten en que es muy saludable y que hay que potenciar su consumo. Se ha observado que una dieta rica en legumbres disminuye el #riesgocardiovascular, mejora la #diabetes y disminuye el #colesterol. 
Composición nutricional:
🔹 Energía: 110 calorías (kcal) (ni mucho, ni poco: depende de con qué se acompañe)
🔹 Buen contenido en grasas: 7 - 9 g (contiene grasas omega saludables)
🔹 Alto contenido en proteínas: 11,1 - 15 g (como una ración de pollo)

Mung beans can be cooked and relished in several different ways! Here mung beans are ground along with a couple of green chilies to flowing consistency and cooked on the pan into savory crepes. They may be eaten just like that with some dip/chutney. I have stuffed them with quick tofu scramble and drizzled green cilantro chutney on top.
