Tomato 🍅 face! All the time! Since ever! I wasn’t sure if I was going to post this or not, this is totally out of my comfort zone! Started my day with my pre-workout because 5am workouts wouldn't happen with out it 🤣👌, crushed 45min of power lifting 😍 and now checking in my groups!

Have you ever turned out of the way if you partners' embrace because you felt self conscious about your body? 🖐️ I have, and I still do.
Today while preparing Nora's lunch Rich tried to hug me from behind. My response? I asked him to stop 🤦 and to let me turn around to hug him instead.
When he asked me why, I was honest, I said it makes me feel self conscious about my stomach. The sadness in his eyes... What I realized today is the inner issues we carry with us, well those affect the ones we love too. Maybe not in the same way, but affected non the less.
So I'll ask you again, are YOU ready?
Ready to feel better; inside and outside. Ready to not hide from the 📷, or your reflection. Ready to feel supported, empowered and motivated every day to sustainable change. Change in mindset, self talk, and self love.

There was a time when this girl would find any excuse NOT to get her workout in.
My how much that's changed!
Today I could barely walk after my garden extravaganza yesterday, 🤣🤣 but I reminded myself of my goals and I decided a workout, even if not 💯, is still a workout.
So I pressed play anyway, and I feel 💯 better! Off to the pumpkin patch for us today!! That's the beauty of 400 workouts at my finger tips, all from the comfort of my home 👌
Weekends are hard for me to stay on track, I think the majority of that is because my routine is thrown off.
SO I made myself a commitment to still get up and press play before Nora gets up on Saturdays and Sundays.
For me I find if I don't get it done first thing, the days get too hectic and o don't get it done!

❇️ Non Scale Victory ❇️ This sweater had difficulty closing and was so tight on my arms before I was pregnant with Nora!!! Now it's big and the arms are loose!
