Someone once told me "not every run has to be your best." To that I say "if it could be, why not?" Two more records crushed, I tried for the 5k this time 😅
Also, I hope when I run it looks effortless and graceful, but I'm sure I look like a struggling elephant with a blood-red face.

Inspired by @lhardy1 getting out every day for #redjanuary I’ve decided to drag my fat arse back out running. Average mile time over a minute slower than what I use to do but it’s a start #runfatboyrun#tomatoface
Creative juices were overflowing yesterday & I had the most amazing workout! Really just need to focus on training to make me happy and not bc of what everyone else says is necessary. My upper body is crazy sore though and I’m pretty excited bc I will definitely be doing the workout again to catch it on film. #tomatoface
But, bc my late night sesh was a little mediocre one, maybe two nights ago...I’m anxiously waiting to hit some glutes/legs this afternoon 😛

I've been trying to work out more lately (not calling it a resolution because that's just asking to fail) and somehow I managed to arms and THEN run 2 miles without stopping.
