Let's talk color correction! I spent 4hrs on this girls hair, weaving back to back..super thin sections leaving very little out. Toning and smudging her roots for a softer look. I don't promise my clients what I can get them to because it's all based on how well their hair corporates and what type of color they have previously put on their hair, but this girls hair for 1 session did pretty amazing! I don’t teach barre any more and I miss it like crazy! BUT thanks to H⚡️GH I get a little taste of it every class, and this new barre track is 🙌🙌. .
I’ve noticed a couple of things teaching it though that makes me cringe. ⭐️When you are on releve (on your toes) make sure your weight is over your first couple of toes. Our ankles tend to weak causing us to shift out weight to the outer toes making out ankle move at an awkward angle, increasing your chance of injury. ➖➖Think of building blocks. To get the tallest tower, you stack the blocks to that all the edges are perfectly in line, right? If some are out of place the chances of the tower falling over are greater. Same with your ankle. Think of stacking you ankles right on top of your first 3 toes. .
⭐️Lastly, balancing is hard. It requires practice and core strength. When you are in a plie on forced arch (knees bent, heels up) your balance is compromised which is fine, when you stack your body. If you stick your butt out, your chest will fall to compensate. ➖➖Try thinking of your body like a merry-go-round. A straight pole going through your head down down your back and out your tailbone. You can only travel up and down on that pole. .

It used to be so hard working in a bakery and not snacking!! 🍫🍰🍩🍪 I gained all my weight for being in a bakery and just eating pieces of Wedding Cake and Mexican wedding cookies and being force fed everything by the best Swiss baker to exists!! I lost 40lbs by cutting out the sweets and starting to eat a plant based diet. But I can make AWESOME vegan chocolate cupcakes! 🤤
