Not a lot of people can eat raw beef but you should definitely try this dish: it's seared on the outside but still a bit blue in the middle - it's perfect! The chickpeas also adds a great contrast in texture to the beef :)

Sorry for being all up in your grill but this was really good! 😍😛 We got the Barbecue Pork at Green Tea Restaurant and it was delicious. They use pork belly to make their bbq pork which made it tender and flavourful. It literally just melts in your mouth.
