We have so many long term clients that it gets easy to forget where they started. New clients join and just see how fit they are and don’t realise that they have had a massive journey.
Over the next few days I will be showcasing some of our Team/motivators who play a huge role helping new clients settle in, as well as being our weigh-in team each week.
Introducing our amazing Tegan.
Tegan has been with 5 Star from day one. She started as a PT client in Challenge #1 and then joined the Challenge from #2 onwards.
Tegan now plays a huge role behind the scene as our business administrator.
2017 has seen Tegan’s biggest transformation. She completed 3 back-to-back challenges with 100% attendance. Tegan had shed 12.2kgs and 19.18% body weightloss.
She completed two sculpting rounds, following a strict diet, to reduce her body fat % and increase her lean muscle...and her transformation is outstanding.

Enjoying my days in the city.....until I return home. Next year I have extra classes I chose, Biology, IT and art like usual. While also having my normal classes like English, math and science. Also I will get an OP in Art, so it's going to be harder then usual. With artists statements etc. I may just have a chance in Art yet, as some NYC artists have spoke about some of my art to my mother....not my digital art 😂 My pencil sketches they like. °

Fermented cabbage with green papaya makes a delightful combination. It has a slight bitter taste. If you wish to sweeten, try adding grated carrot and carambola. The addition of turmeric, ginger and a small sliced 🌶 gives nice spice. If the papaya seeds are white, add to the mix. Black mature seeds are too peppery and overpowering in ferments. They can be ground and used as pepper substitute. 💟 and bacteria

Callum is demonstrating simple exercises that incorporate resisted hip flexion and core strength
Our hip flexors are responsible for much of our forward propulsion in running. It has been shown that strengthening the hip flexors can be beneficial for improving sprint speed and vertical jump. ‘Decreased strength in the hips and reliance on muscles around the knees is a reason for decreased running performance in older adults.’ Share with your favourite running buddy 🏃🏻♀️ 🏃
