Deep, sweet-savory structure with bright acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. The finish is paradoxically dry yet juicy, leading with resonant notes of apricot and fresh-ground coriander in the short and cocoa-toned sweet florals in the long."

This is a wonderful bar to remind us to savor slowly; as we used to say to guests during the old chocolate tour days, and still say to guests today in talks and tastings and on private tours: "melt, don't munch!" : ) 🌟
At our cafes these are just some. Of the steps our Baristas take to ensure your coffee is delicious every single time. We sent out an email on Tuesday asking members to leave out donations for victims of the Wine County fires expecting 10-15 of our members to leave out donations. We were speechless 😶 when over 50 (yes, 50) of our members left out multiple bags of mostly new items that are needed up north.
That was just the beginning! Our family at @rhseafood really stepped up to the plate and donated nearly 600 lbs of premium seafood for us to bring up for @backyardforestville to serve to their community that is desperately in need. On the way up we were able to stop by the amazing people at @myriadgastropub and pick up hundreds of sandwiches and prepared meals from her team and the team at @scomassf also for @backyardforestville to serve with @cerescommunityproject . Trish and her team at Myriad has been working around the clock organizing meals and truckloads up North - its times like these that show us the true colors of our community, and we are so proud to be a part of it.
