Unpacked my bullet journal 🙌 now I can actually make sure I'm getting in my gallon. I'm so bad about that 😅 and yes, it's on carpet because we don't have our furniture yet. Lol. Anyone else like bullet journaling?? I'm totally addicted!

En ik wilde meer.. dit is een #avtiviteitentracker als ik ga fitnessen of mee doen aan een groepsles kan ik hem daarbij aanzetten en meet hij mijn hartslag en kan ik bekijken hoe de les ging. En omdat ik ook veel loop wil ik nauwkeurig mijn #stappen bijhouden!
In a previous post, I wrote about my performance at the recent 2017 USMS Spring Nationals. Four races. Four best times. Three National Championships. Very close to national records. I also wrote about suffering low level depression leading up to and through the meet. I found it interesting that I performed so well. So I looked at my biorhythms for the meet. Sure enough, my "physical" was entering into a peak while my emotional and intellectual was entering into a "valley". Interesting.....
#bodybeast is most definitely my soulmate program. This is a program I keep coming back to and it's the one that has given me the most muscle gain exactly where I want it. 💪🏻 This is the third or fourth time I've filled a #buildchestandtris tracking sheet and every time I'm shocked to see how far I've come. A lot of weights I was using as my heavy set before have now become my light set!
