First time trying @siggisdairy non-fat yogurt. Not bad 🤗 it’s a bit more tart than I was expecting but the raspberry is really good. Probably gonna pick a few other flavors up this week to try out. #3smartpoints and a healthy little snack, I’ll take it. What’s your favorite healthy yogurt? 🤷🏻♀️
I struggle with what to push on my kiddos vs what to just let them have. I’m sure other parents struggle with the same issue. My kids eat Mac and cheese, they eat PB&J, they have potato chips. But we also play the “what’s healthier?” game. Likely I’m setting them up for good therapy sessions when they reach adulthood, but there’s no magic formula to talk to your kid about this stuff. I think you just let it happen organically. 🤷🏼♀️ After packing a similar lunch (like ours - see Sunday’s post) on Monday for my 7-year old daughter, she requested another round for tomorrow’s lunch with all the goodness you see here. I packed her some pretzels because she’s in running club and she needs some fuel, but I’m proud of her for wanting this lunch.
