#flexfriday motivation 💪🏼 when I really let go of the fear of carbs, and the thought I needed to stay lean I started reaching goals...obtaining a physique I could be proud of next time I step on stage🏆 we are pushing the food, more than I ever have...pushing the weight more than i ever have. Roughly 300-325g of carbs a day and guess what...I still have abs. Not show abs but the body is responding well. Reverse carb cycling to stay semi tight and keeping an eye on bf%. Most nights I'm forced ( @first_things1st ) to finish my meals. Too tired, eating with my eyes closed but we are gettin it done. No excuses. 🐢

So I've gotten a TON of questions on leaning out and I've decided to finally answer them all.Eg-what do I need to be snacking on,can I still eat the fruits I'm eating now?how is it possible that you still have your abs even when you're bulking;shouldn't that only happen when you're leaning out?lol this last one makes me smile;nutrition and fitness is so amazing when you understand it😱hopefully there's enough time in the coming weeks to break down the different ways you can approach a 'Lean' physique from.
