Here are 3 new exercise moves you can try at home..💪🏼👇🏼🙌🏻 1. Supine crawl- try this for a minute and your triceps will be crying.
2. Quad crawl- try this for a minute and obviously those quads are going to burn.
3. Gorilla crawl- try this for a minute and quads and butt will cry.
