"Wellness Wednesday! I used to be the one saying I'll start tomorrow... I put my head in the sand and ignored my problem. I was too tired to try. I was scared to do anything. Inaction is the worst kind of action! I'm so glad I said yes! I am so amazed at how much my life has changed for the better! 
My yesterdays were filled with me being a spectator in my own life. Autopilot just leading me down a terrible path. When I course corrected and took control, I started to feel alive! Not happiness masked in alcohol or a good meal, but happiness in its true form! These are my todays and my future! I'm down now 89 lbs. 
That means I'm only 11 lbs off from applying to the 100lb club. I have had plateaus along the way, but never have I yo-yo'd up and down as before. This lifestyle is sustainable. Workout Wednesday! Today is an advanced core exercise.
Go into a side plank resting your top foot on a raised surface. You can rest your bottom foot on the floor, or if your advanced, keep the bottom foot off the floor. Slowly bring your top elbow down as you bring your bottom knee up to meet the elbow. Try and physically touch your elbow to your knee every time. Do 10-15 reps each side, 3 times.

Kim jest trener przygotowania motorycznego?

Jest to osoba, która jest odpowiedzialna za przygotowania zawodnika konkretnej dyscypliny sportowej. 
Poprzez stworzenie profilu zawodnika oraz zbadaniu jego predyspozycji, dopasowuje trening pod jego cechy motoryczne. 
Dzięki takiemu podejściu pracuję z klientem nad jego stabilizacją, szybkością , dynamiką, mobilnością, siłą czy mocą.

Cały proces treningu jest rozłożony w czasie na makro- i mikro-cykle treningowe. 
Jak wiemy każda dyscyplina sportowa charakteryzuje się innym rodzajem wysiłku, biomechaniką oraz wykorzystaniem poszczególnych elementów motorycznych.
Dlatego tak ważne jest rozplanowanie całego cyklu treningowego na poszczególne okresy oraz pracę nad najsłabszymi ogniwami zawodnika.

Dokładając do tego zagadnienia z zakresu rehabilitacji, zawodnik jest w stanie prowadzić trening zapobiegający kontuzjom lub  podczas kontuzji.

Jest to zupełnie inne podejście do pracy z zawodnikiem, nastawione na poprawę osiągnięć sportowych.

That none yo business!' When I ask them how often.  If I want the best for you and your health and for you to see results - I'm gonna ask ya ALL the questions!  Lol.
