I didn’t know if I would ever recover. I didn’t know if I would be stuck with anorexia forever, I was so unsure about everything in life, I didn’t want to live.
Luckily with the amazing help and support of my parents and the royal children’s hospital I began to recognise and become aware that the bad thoughts were trying to control me.
I had to learn to fight against the thoughts or things would not end well. Slowly I started to understand what was happening, when I could see what was happening things began to get better.
I noticed changes in myself and I could finally accept my body for what it was and all the wonderful things it could do!
I have come a long way since then, although I still have challenging days I know how to control the thoughts and not let them take over!
Stand up to the thought in your head, you are so much stronger than you think you are! It doesn’t matter if you have bad days treasure the good days and never give up, every good day is a win towards your recovery and it is AMAZING!
I hope I can help people if not just one person out there suffering from anorexia or any other illness, to never give up! I hope my story inspires and motivates you that anything is possible and I know you can BEAT THE ODDS!

Such an amazing week spent with the most important person in my life. This lady has done so much for me and I will never be able to pay her back for it but all I can do is try. From water fitness 🤽🏻♀️at the resort in Mexico, swimming in the ocean🏊🏼♀️, playing bingo 🙋🏻(which she won), sunset dinner cruise in San Lucas Los Cabos ⛴🌄, to exploring Hollywood🎥, her driving through Beverly Hills🏎, walking around Santa Monica🎡, dinner in Malibu🌊, and more. Seeing her laughing and maintaining a smile on her face for a week straight was all I wanted. The best part and what hit me was her saying "I COULD ONLY DREAM OF THIS". Every time I see her happy it gives me so much energy and motivates me to keep pushing.
I looooove smoothies! There tons of recipes on web but my favorite one is : 1 scoop of protein, 1/2 cup of frozen raspberry, 1/2 banana and simply just water! You also can freeze it and have an ice cream . Is not it cool ?😋

Quick reminder that you’re never too old or late to make dreams come true. Some people make it younger. Some people make it older. The only thing that matters is THEY BOTH MADE IT. The worst thing you can do is compare your progress to anyone else other than yourself. They’re in their lane, you’re in yours. Focus on you. Make sure you keep progressing and moving forward. If you haven’t started, THEN START TAKING ACTION! Ideas are a great starting point but they’re worthless without action. I bet more than half of you know what you should be doing and you just aren’t doing it. This is the ONLY reason why you aren’t where you think you should be right now. You aren’t executing. Falsches Denken meine lieben. ✔Du musst als Fotograf in der Lage sein, Momente vorauszusehen. Voraussehendes Fotografieren ist das A und O bei Hochzeitsreportagen. ✔Du musst ein Gespür dafür entwickeln, was im nächsten Moment passieren wird. Du musst nicht nur voraussehen, was als nächstes passiert, sondern auch schon fix und fertig bereits dein Setting aufgestellt und deine Kamera eingestellt haben um dann nur auf den Knopf zu drücken. ✔Aber du musst auch in der Lage sein, solche Momente zu reproduzieren. Das heißt: Du musst die Anweisungen geben, ob etwas langsamer gemacht werden soll oder schneller. Ob die Personen sich eventuell ein wenig drehen sollen, um dann bessere Lichtverhältnisse zu bekommen, etc. ✔Du bist in diesen Situationen zu 100% gefragt. Du hast die Zügel in der Hand! Und du bist für das Endergebnis 100% verantwortlich. ✔Also, sei immer 100%ig präsent und wach und denke immer voraus, dann wirst du keine Zufallstreffer mehr haben, sondern Bilder, die du immer und immer wieder reproduzieren kannst.
