Have these a shot yesterday for the first time and they were so hard !! I am by no means doing them perfectly but they felt good.
I've been testing out my strength across the board the last couple of weeks.
I have some serious strength goals that I want to hit this year. But for now my focus is on preparing for an obstacle race I'm running in 3 weeks.
After that I will have a training programme ready to go and the real strength training will commence.
Look at this lady who is 92 years young. She's a true #inspiration She has ate her whole life healthy and it shows. She has fallen over 10 times in the past few years, but because she has eaten alkaline no issues ( she did break her tail bone as she fell backwards off the porch) #why she has calcium in her bones, so they're strong. No osteoporosis. She is now doing things even #healthier with Kangen water.
