On Saturdays we get stronger. Controlling your body on these is true mastery of strength. Look at what high level gymnasts do. Then attempt anything remotely similar. Ask yourself why it's so physically demanding even to a potentially strong individual. If you can't control your own body weight what use is maximal strength?
Movement movement is everything.
