Macam biasa cooling down session ~ Zumba with @wkwm_ame_ray planning nak 2 lagu je sekali jadi 3 lagu sebab @ecahajajiah excited lebih, minggu lepas dia tak dapat join Zumba katakan. 😂 So kali ni dia pulun.

is what makes it great. I personally ONLY have “hard goals.” Don’t shy away from your dreams and goals just cause they are hard! Be glad The daily setbacks and obstacles occur, because if you want it bad enough it will eliminate the competition along the way, while you persevere and get better each day! #tuesdaymotivation
The big wins, the huge successes, and the incredible transformations don't just happen overnight✨ (as much as we'd like them to!) It takes hard freaking work each and every day!☝🏼 So why do we never stop to appreciate the daily victories or the weekly wins that come before the major milestones?🤷🏻♀️
The difference between these two photos is one week. It's an 8lb difference, nothing too crazy, and the majority of the weight lost was bloat! 😅
But, it's okay because I don't need a HUGE success story to feel accomplished 👉🏼I stuck to my meal plan🥗, made it through the timed nutrition⏰, drank my superfoods🌱, hit my workout💪🏼, and REFUSED to give up on myself--That is a WIN in my book🙌🏼!
We sell ourselves short when we forget to celebrate the small victories that compound into the bigger and better! 👉🏼Those sometimes difficult small positive choices, over the course of time, on a CONSISTENT basis, add up to BIG results! ✨So if you're running this race with me, don't wait until you reach the end to feel good, you celebrate every damn step of the way! ✨

Everything... and I mean EVERYTHING is a learning experience. Look for the lessons. Contemplate them. Disassemble them. Figure them out. Surrender to them. Absorb them. #LearnYourLessons — Today started out pretty okay, had some chills and crap but took meds and felt better. Shitstorm weather today, but class wasn’t cancelled, so off to campus I went. Then to the gym. Leg day was super solid. And then..... a whole lotta emotions about my lower body and my #excessskin hit me like an 18-wheeler (whilst attempting to take leg day pictures). My legs were super pumped and full of blood (good thing) but .. due to my #legskin and the baggy/goopiness of it atm... I wasn’t able to SEE any.. definition, cuts, shape .. nadda. I couldn’t see shit. I CANT see shit. Totally flipped my mood. I cried almost the entire way through the stairs, (but people can’t tell the sweat and tears apart #thankfuck ) but I didn’t stop, and managed to burn 1100 calories in 57 minutes. BOOM. —
