Some #realtalk - I have read so many posts on how us crossfiiters have chicken legs and we don't lift heavy shit, while I agree that not all of us have a well balanced physique cause allot of focus goes into physical fitness and not looks, I think generalizing this statement is a bunch of BS. I have always been very self absorbed about my legs, coming from a 12 year drug addiction my body was weak, little to no muscular development especially my legs. I am happy to say thats no longer the case, I have gained weight, added muscle but in doing crossfit also became a mean, lean, fitness machine. We all think that strength revolves around being 100kg plus in bodyweight, stfu you don't know what you are talking about! I have witnessed 60-70kg bodyweights lift almost 4 times their own bodyweight. Technique and discipline in those techniques defies all laws relating to weight to bodyweight ratios. I dare allot of heavy weights to step into my crossfit box and outlift me, I might be 20kgs lighter than 100kg bodyweight, but I am heading really close to 3 times bodyweight to lifting stats. Its all about proporation. In all said, I do respect all the big motha f*ckas out there, each to their own. I admire your hard work and dedication to the game!
