The imposing church you see today isn’t the original basilica of St. Peter. It’s actually… number two! The reason? The original church was built in the 4th century by Emperor Constantine, the Roman empire’s first Christian emperor, on the spot where St. Peter was thought to be buried. By the early Renaissance, though, the ancient church was in serious disrepair. But it took a guy like Pope Julius II tomake the decision to tear down the entire thing… and build a new one.
Well my protein waffle & eggs this morning did not taste like a European patisserie. 😭 Jet lag is almost gone. I crashed at 3pm on Tuesday & passed out on the couch last night at 6pm. Still up tonight. 🎉 Back to business now. 😤
"I guess it goes to show that you just never know where life will take you. You search for answers. You wonder what it all means. You stumble, and you soar. And, if you’re lucky, you make it to Paris for a while." — Amy Thomas

Life is full of changes and plans sometimes don't work out the way we want them to. Turns out my life is changing once more! Yay for change! From what I thought would be a year in Switzerland, only came out to be 4-ish months. But without a doubt, the most incredible/adventure-packed 4-ish months of my life, which I would not change for the world! I am so incredibly thankful for my aunt and uncle, for all the incredible adventures, for the friends I made and for the stronger bonds I created with old ones. Back to Canada it is for me... for now.
À bientôt, Switzerland. .
God is good 🙌
Shooting in Paris was TRULY a dream come true. I had traveled there eight and a half years ago and I’d always felt a longing to return. It was wonderful to work with @winsdesign again and capture @chrisgbn and the stunning @manoouchka, made beautiful by @emiliecoquelinartistry Bouquet by @jolyfabflowers and special shout out to @hellotherecalligraphy for helping me out and holding my umbrella 👌🏻 So Paris... Yes. You are the real deal. See you soon (I hope!) #weethreesparrowsphotography#weethreesparrowstravels#weethreesparrowsineurope
