Too much fun this weekend with a ghost bride, a widow, a dolphin, a bunch of cowgirls, and lots of ritual. We danced the night away to celebrate Mel's last sail before the veil, and I can't wait to do it again with these amazing women at her and Kyle's wedding!!! #bachelorette#Eurtweaka#tribe#ladies#tequila#sailors#getlit
Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back. 💕

It was hard enough leaving my team of amazing ladies, but leaving @de_de28 & @navabaghai was even harder. The bond formed with these two and the passion I had for helping them grow and become better was stronger than anything. Being a manager in retail you can have two types of teams. One that works together or one that works for themselves. I am proud to say we worked diligently to build the hard working, goal oriented and driven team that we had. Love you all and missing you on the daily. 👯👗💛

Women of kayan tribes are well known for wearing neck rings, brass coils that are placed around the neck, appearing to lenghthen it. They were known as "Giraffe women" to tourists. Girls first start to wear rings when they are 5 years old. The weight of the brass pushed the collar bones down and compressed the rib cage, the neck itself is not lengthened. #voyageofwishes#longneck#bangkok#tribe
Be around the light bringers, the magic makers, the world shifters, the game shakers. They challenge you, break you open, uplift + expand you. They don't let you play small whit your life. These heartbeats are you people. These people are you tribe. #thanksforthememories#friends#lovethem#tribe
These are my people 🤗 Passionate movement educators who are just as nerdy as me about anatomy!
Congrats for conquering the #YogaTuneUp Level 1 Teacher Training to these amazing souls! It was such a pleasure to learn from you over these last 8 days.
And a massive shoutout and gratitude to my assistant extrordinaire @rebelgirlyogi - I could not have done it without you.
Now time for some GOT and relaxation. I'm pooped! 😴😴
Simply humbly grateful🙏So I have not shared this on here and wasn't going to but I feel compelled now to do so in case it could help someone not feel alone. All in Honor of my beloved Aunt. May she be held profoundly in the overflowing Love of Gods arms. A few weeks ago on July 30, fifteen days after the anniversary of my Mothers passing my Aunt Sally took her own life. And If it weren't for my sweet, hilarious, generous, gracious "Auntie God Mommy" as I called her I wouldn't have been able to afford to get certified in Yoga & Ayurvedic wellness. My Aunt happily helped me pay for half of it.I've been dealing with this loss in so many variations. My heart is grieving deeply. It is still surreal & overwhelming for my Soul. I wish I could call her to tell her "Auntie I finished."! I can't but I've decided to turn my grieving heart into ART & use Dance, Yoga, Ayurveda, & Art to create safe spaces for people suffering with trauma, suicidal thoughts, grief, hopelessness, depression, anxiety, addiction & all dis-ease. My 3 Matriarchs in my life-My Mommy, Grammie, and Auntie all suffered from depression, anxiety & dis-ease.My mother passed away after battling cancer off and on since she was 18. During her battle of course depression and anxiety would overcome her. My grandmother struggled with depression and alcoholism. She passed away suddenly 6 months after my Mom. My Aunt Sally struggled with depression, anxiety, & addiction. However dealing with a Suicide is an entirely different type of grief. And Suicide simply needs to be talked about more as well as mental health. Every 15 minutes someone commits suicide! It has been predicted that by 2030 depression/suicide will be the leading cause of death behind cancer and war! This is A CRISIS OF THE SOUL! In indigenous cultures where tribal community is still abundantly thriving suicide is nearly unheard of! We need COMMUNITY! WE NEED SAFE SPACES TO SHARE OUR SHAME, SADNESS, AND DARKNESS WITHOUT JUDGEMENT. We need spaces to freely release, dance, cry, scream and be held with warmth and GRACE just as indigenous cultures consistently STILL incorporate tribally! And this brings me now to ART! Yesterday we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday and today I caught up with a soul friend. Time flies but sometimes the good people stick (even if you don't see them too often). 😊 I'm going to try harder to connect instead of waiting for special occasions. #weekend#tribe#summer#thetimeismeow
