I have something to clarify; as many people has questioned me; why I work out for 2-3 hours 6 days a week.
1. I've grown a huge fascination for bodybuilding and bodyfitness. I think it's so cool and empowering to show your strength and determination that way.
2. I've realized that when your body gets strengthened, your mind does as well. I've never been so "at peace" with myself since I started working out for serious 1 year ago. I went from hating myself to love myself and I've become addicted to this empowering feeling when experiencing strength progress. .
