3. Barbell Extension (Skull Crushers): Do 3 sets 15 to 20 repetitions, until you feel the burn in your triceps.

TIP: This exercise can be done either lying down or standing up with a barbell or dumbbells.

4. Cable Triceps extensions (Push Downs):
Do 3 sets for 15 to 20 reps. Once you are accustomed to the initial sets then you can increase the sets. Take a 30 second break between the sets.

TIP: This exercise can also be done lying down and reaching to the top of your head or sitting and reaching to pull up from behind your head. •

🔑Make sure your weight is balanced once in the up position. Leaning too far forward will hit more chest than triceps. 🔑Great for building those strong triceps to help with a stronger bench!

Barre triceps dip: Músc principal: triceps , también trabaja el resto de los músc del brazo ; desde hombros hasta muñeca, además.... abs, gluteos, pantorrillas.

Debemos colocar las muñecas en línea con nuestros hombros e intentar mantener la pelvis en posición de #tuck y elevada . Bajamos y subimos flexionando (doblando) y extendiendo (estirando) nuestros codos (función del triceps: flexo- extensión del codo). El movimiento debemos intentar hacerlo con los brazos y no bajando y subiendo la pelvis (ese es otro ejercicio 😅) . Cuello largo, no hacemos como las 🐢 . Hay que estabilizar los hombros y mantener la distancia entre orejas y hombros..... no es fácil
Modificación: mantener la pelvis en el piso.

Even though I feel like I haven't made external progress, I made it internally. A few weeks ago I've had a short period of weakness. With my A1C getting higher and only 0.4 points away from being officially diabetic, I began wondering am I wasting my time working out and eating clean if my genetics are pushing to become a diabetic. I opened about it to a mother figure and she had to remind me to Imagine where I would I be if I wasn't living a healthy lifestyle. Just from having that talk with her helped get my mindset right again. Today's I my were better and lowered my numbers by 0.3. 1. Bench Dips:

Begin with 8 to 10 repetitions and as your strength increases so should the reps.
•
2. Close-Grip Bench Press:

Do 3 sets 10 to 15 repetitions
•
3. Barbell Extension (Skull Crushers): Do 3 sets 15 to 20 repetitions, until you feel the burn in your triceps.

TIP: This exercise can be done either lying down or standing up with a barbell or dumbbells.
•
4. Cable Triceps extensions (Push Downs):
Do 3 sets for 15 to 20 reps. Once you are accustomed to the initial sets then you can increase the sets. Take a 30 second break between the sets.

TIP: This exercise can also be done lying down and reaching to the top of your head or sitting and reaching to pull up from behind your head. •
5. Lying Dumbbell Extension:

Do 3 sets 15 to 20 repetitions.

6. Dumbbell overhead press:

Do 3 sets 12 or 15 repetitions
