So here we are the beginning of being a M.OTHER #newborn#baby I might be a M.OTHER but I'm also many other things and we need to see Mothers as the people they are. Let's not forgot the woman behind that new title- She is still A Woman/ A Friend / A Lover / A boss she is still Funny/ interesting and stylish #Teammotherhood#sisterhood#truthful
Teach kids to be honest. Be honest in front of them. Never punish them for honesty. Demand actual truth as the yardstick. Help them connect to that deepest truth. Most kids won’t know what’s really going on inside. Most adults don’t know how to either. You need to know. You need to know so you can show them how. I can teach you.
One of those Debby downers mood.. (lol is that how you spell it orrr?) One thing that is so common when you’re someone who constantly works out and aspires to be the best they can be.. is the self doubt, the self hatred of thinking you’re not doing well, you could do better.. i mean, don’t get me wrong, it’s sooo common and you have your good days and your bad days.. buttt i seem to be having more of the bad days then good lol. i find it’s best to be honest with yourself and the people who look up to you, because it’s what makes you real. Yes my training has been good this week, but my diet? haha what diet.. been eating waaaay too much chocolate 🍫 and just been beating myself up about it.. whilst eating more chocolate? hahah it might not be a big deal to some, and i suppose it isn’t.. but for me personally, it just gets me down.. bad diet.. bad mindset✌🏻 i’m not perfect, im still learning.. which is the fun / not so fun side of things i suppose🤷🏽♂️ Always best to keep real.. you’re only human! ❣️ I’m just going to focus on not being so hard on myself for the next week or so.. things happen, it’s natural and not everyday is going to be YOUR day! 💪🏼
