Suspension Circuit-100 reps

*Single Straight Leg variation
Camel variation/Down Dog w/twist

Using the concurrent method of training (multiple goals, methodologies, focuses in a single session) today as usual, I mixed it up quite a bit. I was able to catch some of it for you guys. Don't talk about it, be about it. Don't be that guy at LA Fitness or Gold's Gym that fights over the mirror in the locker room for a selfie. Do the work. And just like in school, show your work. *Accepting highly motivated clients*
Clip 1: Knee Attack Combo done for metabolic effect. Finishing the round with a spinning roundhouse kick.
Clip 2: Sandbag filled to a 100lbs today. Eccentric squats. You'll see me slowly count 1, 2, 3 as I casually lower then raise up explosively. Followed by a couplet of pivoting lunges and regular squats. All done with the bag in the standard rear hold.
Clip 3: Suspension trainer flyes with static contraction holds at the furthest range of motion. This is a deep stretch and awesome core, pec and delt activator.
Clip 4: Power Dogs (upward and downward dog flows) followed by Spiderman pushups.
