Today we're breaking down squats!
2 views for you all
Front view - start with your feet about hips width apart (or just slightly wider). Turn your toes out slightly (this increases glute activation) then begin your descent into the squat. Be sure to push your knees out throughout the squat pointing them in the same direction as your toes. Only go as low as you can without letting the heels come off the ground. Push through your heels on the way up and SQUEEZE those glutes at the top this will also activate your core. (You can see this Squeeze a bit better from the side view)
Side view - pay close attention to your back here, do not let the chest drop forward or the shoulders round! Pull your shoulder blades back and down to activate the back and keep you from rounding. Again, only go as low as you can without letting the back round.
