To illustrate how ambivalent I am low carb baked goods: in almost 7 months this is only the 3rd loaf of bread I’ve baked. But while James isn’t joining me low carb, he is cutting grains out again (he did years ago with great success) to help his gut health. So I got up and baked bread and bagels for him this morning to help him transition away from grains. Sometimes I’m a good wifey.
