Second @unrealengine test scene complete! Focused more this time around on object placement and atmospheric effects, and I think it turned out pretty good! Complete with Dark Souls ambient sounds because yes.

Rough layout is almost done. A bit more work on the level and the prototype will be done. This was as far as I wanted to take it. My game design document goes well beyond this first level but I could go on forever otherwise. Going up to beta maybe next week. #gamedev#gamedeveloper#indiedev#indiegame#ue4#prototype
Current state of the game, placeholders used to see how it flows and for future asset addition, the tutorial act is almost finished, only difference with main act is instead of resetting the act on left box trigger it will transition to the next part of the act with bars in different order etc. Crowd meter bar determines crowds reaction e.e sounds and objects being thrown on stage. Going to finish off the tutorial and get the main act started!
Week 1. Currently working on a 2D and 3D university project based on William Shakespeare. Main mechanic will involve acting, done by pressing keys at certain points which will score you ( bad, poor, good, perfect) and determine the words and act played and also the audiences reaction. 3D version will include gameplay outside of the theatre. Currently using placeholders while Tira continues rigging and animating Will. More pics to come
