❤️Monday Motivation!! ❤️In July 2015 I went to the @ukbff_official ZKK Classic, it was my first experience of watching a show! I looked at the girls on stage looking incredible & I was torn between the overwhelming urge to graft for that condition, but simultaneously scared shitless to actually get up on stage before a crowd!! 😱🙈
2 years later I walked on that same stage 1 stone heavier narrowly missing the top spot!! 😃💪🏼To be told by a few judges post show that they actually placed me first meant SO much to me I can't even tell u 🙏🏼 especially up against the gorgeous Tania who in the end had the winning gains!! 😉❤️💪🏼🏆👯
It just goes to show tho what u can do if u face ur fears, knuckle down & get working!! I admit I'm petrified every time I get on stage - but I handled it better at this last show. I'm just so glad that I did it; that I put myself thru the competing process & proved to myself that I had the courage & determination to overcome my fear! 🦁💪🏼
So I say to you, if you've not already fell asleep reading this 😆, don't over-think everything, just hatch a plan & get on with it! The mind is a shit pot ready to explode when it's fearful 💩💥 - Just cross bridges when u reach them, don't imagine ALL the bridges, the hell of crossing them ALL at the same time - it doesn't happen like that!! One step at a time, one 🌉 at a time, if it's something that resonates with ur ❤️ then u MUST at least TRY! Put ur best foot forward & BELIEVE in YOU!! 👣🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

For this new week full of opportunities, instead of focusing on the things that didn't go so well last week, the pbs you didn't hit which you wanted to, or the times you missed your macros
Focus on the GOOD things that happened last week, the pbs, the days of balanced and healthy eating, the definition you can now see, the parts of your body you feel good about because you've upped your strength and can see physical changes
Concentrating on the positive progress from last week will keep you feeling good and keep that motivation high going into this new week, and that makes a huge difference to whether you start the week off on a high with a great Monday, or whether you feel low and de motivated just at the thought of it being Monday morning
This photo is spurring me on to a great week this week as its exciting to continue pushing hard and seeing improvements
Remember how last weeks wins made you feel, and keep that feeling close today, happy Monday, make it a great one

I still can't believe I made it this far!! I came into this competition with no expectations just wanting to bring my best and have the opportunity to stand up on stage representing the UK amongst some of the best girls in Europe!! -
It is amazing that thoughts can become things!! Last year after my first competition I wrote down a list of goals and aspirations that I would love to be able to accomplish. One of which was to compete internationally in Bodyfitness ✔ and the other was to compete at the Arnold Classic ✔!! Sometimes being an athlete is more than just the trophies, it's about the process and the small steps in which we take to succeed!! And success doesn't always mean winning, but a personal standard reaching for the highest that is in us, becoming all that we can be.
Standing backstage I was just in awe of some of these international girls physique and shape!! I have stepped away from this competition feeling so much more driven and motivated to keep on pushing and progressing to become a better version of myself💕
I honestly couldn't thank the boss @team_lrf enough for the continued support 💪🏻👊 nothing less than 110% 💪🏻the whole team did amazing this weekend 🙌

Amazing weekend supporting a good friend Carl Philbrick at the Arnold Classic Barcelona. Despite a 48hr bug pretty much keeping him bed bound he was determination to get up and go on that stage. A fantastic athlete who I look forward to seeing develop and supporting further in the future. Even caught Arnold Schwarzenegger passing me a few times. When you get on stage of course we all go to win. It's a competiton. We may friends with some or all the people but still everyone there wants to be the best and be the winner. To me though being a winner isn't just placing it's how you carry yourself and how you behave to others. The man is this photo @flex_lewis is THE best 212 bodybuilder on the planet and has won multiple @mrolympiallc titles as well as the AGP since it's inception. He has an amazing physique which for sure is impressive but it's how this man behaves that to me is truly admirable. Professional from start to finish, a genuine family man, who shows that this is no act (unlike some people) but a genuine reflection of who he is. It was one of our highlights in Korea in seeing someone who not only dominates his sport (amongst some very tough competiton) but who acts professionally in everything he does - as well as being down to earth (you can tell his success has not changed him as a person). I know both @noelewalsh and I enjoyed meeting him and seeing how he acts is a true example to everyone in the sport. A great ambassador for what we do 😬💪🏽🇬🇧#professional#ifbbpro#mrolympia#real#212

Well I aren't entirely thrilled with my food choices the majority of the past 9 months but I am proud of how bloody hard I've worked in the gym! Not a single cardio or weights session missed, late nights, early mornings, sweat, tears & 150% effort into every workout, powering through pure exhaustion and low motivation (at times). But you can't out train a bad diet and I know for a fact that when I finally commit to my diet and lose the fat I need to, then I'll have a physique to be proud of ✌🏼 that said, I won't be competing in the finals in 3 weeks, mentally it just isn't the right path for me at the moment. There's always next year and the stage will always be there. I have the most unbelievably supportive friends, family and coaches who know this is the right decision for me and are there for me whatever I decide. I love you all 💝
Whatever ( is of a good mention/ standing ) your hand find doing, do it with all your might ...... no knowledge nor wisdom in the grave . . .
