Looking at my weekly pics recently is like playing spot the difference. I'm not seeing anything different this past few weeks. One minute I feel so skinny, the next i feel like im huge 😂😂 I know now why people call this a mindf**k #7weeksout#stillasleepinthesepics
Dinner from @ricardosatlees a local restaurant and take away that now does healthy meal that you just need heat up so I tried it tonight for the first time because I wanted to stay on track and this was delish 😋

200kg Deadlifts x Six (Great exercise for the busy person as it engages all your muscles)
It's easy for me to write about hard work/discipline etc blah blah but life is bigger than the gyms four walls. Let's just dominate every arena we find ourselves in. I'd hate to be alpha af in the gym and shy from challenges in the working world. Working the back muscle is interesting as we can only see the outcome when somebody else shines light on it. Just because we may not see the result of our efforts in other arenas, doesn't mean it's going unnoticed. Just got to keep chipping away "like Amanda in saw three..urghh"

It's easy to forget who people really are with social media. If someone is into health and fitness, their social media tends to be dominated by such. This is normal because in most cases people are running a business and branding is so important. It can make us appear one dimensional though so it's nice to look at the other aspects of people's lives too. Something most people don't know (unless you know me since childhood!) is that I love art. Granted its been a while and my perfectionist attitude causes me to give up hope on many pieces but nonetheless, I love it. I always say I will get back into it but I never do...lets change that! I am more than a fitness freak or the girl who's recovering from anorexia. I like Art. I like science. I like movies (with the right people. I'm obsessed with Buffy. I'm a metal head deep down. But I occasionally dance and fail msierably. I'm a writer yet I never did a degree in anything like it (don't let anything stand in your way lads) . I used to do gymnastics and miss it. I am no longer allowed get fish because they always die on me, but I think deep sea fish are awesome. I love physics but I'm terrible at it (why so many equations?!) and most of all I am a friend - an old one, a new one and hopefully a future one. Peace ✌️
Considering I haven't handstand walked in a good year I'm pretty happy with this and I've rediscovered my love for being upside down🙌🏼
Worked 8-2 and then had a really good back/ conditioning session. Training after work is something to look forward to for me during work. Planning the session all shift😄

4 weeks out exactly today! Never been this excited to step on stage and do the dance! 🙌🏼🕺🏼.

Big Refeed day today to fuel up for next week; a few changes being made to the plan, food going down and cardio going up, time to hit the trenches and dig deeeeeep for this one 🙌🏼🏆.
Spent 3 hours at the hairdresser's, ended up staring at myself so much that I realised that my right eye is smaller than the left (sorry but where else are you supposed to look?!) Good times. Also got slightly blonder hair as a result (couldn't have emphasised 'natural' more than I did when they asked what I wanted 😂) and realised (once again) that small talk really isn't for me 🌚
Anyway - I was walking around in central London and saw this phrase written on a wall: 'Where are you? Be here'. Sounds cliche af but it really resonated with me. I know I often get way too caught up in thinking about what ifs and different possibilities. Been very aware of this recently, especially the impact it has on my happiness. Of course having long term goals is important, but I really do think that sometimes you just need to think about the now. Enjoy what you have and where you are NOW, not what you will have or what you'll feel like when you've achieved a certain 'dream body' or once you've made a certain amount of money. I'm going to keep making decisions which will help me towards my goals, but not get lost in process. I'd encourage you to do the same ♥️
Ps: I am definitely not some lifestyle guru. Sometimes I just realise things about mah lyf and wanna talk about them 🤷🏼♀️

Hunker chunker legs🙈 Can't wait to see what my legs look like underneath as I lean down but I've got many KGs to lose. Week 1 of cut complete. ✔️ 2900 calories a day and i've dropped 3.3kg since last Sunday. It's probably all water weight from holiday gainz lol so i'll see what happens over the next week or two and if I need to start dropping calories. Side note: why am I struggling on 2900 a day... #foreverhungry 😩🙈🙄
Very little training for me since Thursday as suffering some lower back pain but rested up loads Fri and yesterday (against my will 😡😡 as cant sit still for 5mins). I tweeked a leg session today to avoid any stress on lower back and thankfully it felt good, even managed my cardio. Yippee

Are you a priority on your own list? How bad do you want to drop a size and stop wearing the same clothes?? How bad do you want to lose up to 12 pounds a month? How bad do you want to stop feeling bloated ALL.THE.TIME??😧
Every Sunday I prep my meals - NO MATTER WHAT is going on and no matter where I have to be🙌It's a non negotiable. If I don't, I'll be looking for excuses as to why I *can* have a burger and fries since I'm starving....well duh...the only reason why I would be starving is because I DIDN'T PREP!!
I go through all of this in my groups and make reference to it a few times a week....because the honest truth is if you fail to plan unfortunately you're setting yourself up to fail and therefore the changes will be 🚫....who the hell wants that??
It's not that hard people....it's the excuses that you're using as to why nothing is "working" for you no matter how many times a week you press play or go to the gym etc. All of it comes down to what's at the end of your fork 🍴
JUST HARD WORK AND SWEAT FOR 30 MINS A DAY. THATS IT.
So let's plan your weekly nutrition so you can get into that dress/those shorts/that bathing suit/ and wear that CONFIDENCE proudly 👍💪😉

More recipe testing this afternoon 😍 Banana and peanut butter protein loaf 🍌only 125 calories per slice and 16g of protein 💪🏼 Add a dollop of Greek yogurt and some berries and you have your self a perfect high protein, macro friendly snack 😛 Recipe anyone??
