Transformation Tuesday. Over the next couple of months I have a serious amount of travel ahead of me. I have to remember how much better life is now and not slip up while away.
In the past anytime I travelled I piled on the weight. But I won't let that happen this time. The gym gear will be coming with me and I'll try and make the best food choices I can.
First test is coming up this week when I travel to Toronto, Kansas & Idaho!

After three months of insta to focus on reality - I've jumped back on to hold myself accountable.
After three months I've grown - mentally and physically 😂😂 There's a whole 6kg extra of me to love and although I've been loving having my curves back (and my pot belly ❤️) after nearly hitting 58kgs on the Richter scales, I mean weighing scales last week I decided that was as far as I was willing to let myself grow 😂
So, it's officially project comeback - I've been walking an hour to work most days and started back at the gym on Sunday (or should I call it Dumbday because I went too hard too soon and I'm physically crippled from the waist down ). Four weeks until I hit Italy and I need to lose some KGs so I can gain them all back through pasta 🍝 💩

🍕Cheat meals are a common topic among dieters. Personally, I'm not keen on them as they cause distractions for people that are new to weight loss and can promote a terrible relationship with food 😨
🍏🍦Improving our nutrition is about improving our eating habits, and cheat meals often promote food labelling and unhealthy food habits.
⚠️That's why I don't use regularly planned cheat meals for myself or my online coaching clients.
🍔🍺I try not to make a big deal about cheat meals because I don't think they're something that should be set for a specific day. If you know you're out at the weekend for a meal or drinks, then you should be able have a great time, have self control, indulge a little, and then get straight back on track 🏃
😓Cheat meals are something that a lot of people look forward to, and they end up leading to overeating. This is a change in lifestyle, not a short-term fix. You should be able to enjoy a meal with friends and family and know that you can get straight back on track with your next meal 🍗🥗

The hardest thing is to find yourself when you are lost yourself completely. When you don't know what to do, do things that brings you happiness, excitement, peace of mind. It can be a way out of the worst situations, depression, loneliness, despair. Sometimes even if you don't see future, you just need to believe things will work out. Somehow. The best way. The way you don't expect and can not predict now. If I could write 3 words that define my past for the last 5 years, they would be: acceptance, determination, attraction. Because of courage and confidence, I was able to make a change almost 2 years ago that now allows me to have the time with my kids that I always dreamed of! It has allowed me to take a vacation without feeling like I needed to "escape" from my job and having anxiety when I think about returning to it. Instead, I actually took my work WITH me on vacation last week! 👏🏻 Leaving my full time corporate job that had me working over 40 hours a week took a huge leap of faith, but I knew where my true passion was in health and fitness. I followed my heart and put all of my formal college education aside to do what I always dreamed of, which is being home with my kids and diving into my own interests.
My interests and passions have led me to my new gig as a "Mompreneur" 😁 It has allowed me to be my own boss, to pursue my own goals and dreams instead of someone else's, to plan my life around my work instead of my work around my life. It has given me moments with my kids that never would have been possible if I was still in the corporate world.
