I am honoured to run side by side with this guys. We share the common principle to give our best. Congratulation guys n especially Thumbi for coming in 2nd placing for the men master. One day I will go over to Manila for Spartan race to race with you boys. Keep up the training.
Salute to @_zz_z_ despite being down with fever, still he did not back down from the Ultrabeast challenges! Awesome spirit you had back there that encourages me and many! Keep it going and building more obstacles at your backyard! Happy 45 birthday and congratulation for slaying the Ultrabeast on your birthday.
USUM has been a hellish ride starting from Poipole, but I suppose a lucky day doesn't come by often, is it? Yes, today is indeed my lucky day, shiny Kartana found at 1,300+ encounters, just right on the odds! To add that up synchronized worked, making it Jolly which is just perfect for competitive battling 😊 And yes this is my first shiny in USUM as well
Kartana is one of the Ultra Beasts which most are known for their strength. Blessed by an insanely high base Atk of 181, it delivers devastating hits to even Pokemon that aren't weak to those moves. The base Speed of 109 allows it to outspeed many potent threats, which is best used with Jolly nature and full speed investment. It has a very high defense as well, allowing it to switch into physical moves it doesn't weak to. However, the major worry of Kartana users is its mediocre SpDef, leaving it to be OHKOed easily by even some resisted special moves. Overall, Kartana's potential is fitting for its place in the metas
Named "Masamune" after Sephiroth's katana in Final Fantasy series, a majestic name for majestic beast 😎
My next hunt is Nihilego, but since I'm on my exam session I probably can't hunt much. Looking forward to Dec 15, that's where I'll be able to hunt all day again
Edit: Nickname was changed to "Sudou Kayo" after a character from the Japanese novel my friend usually talk about. Masamune is too overused lol
This past month though 😪 without a doubt the most stressful month ever experienced. Heavy studying for college, running high mileage, and still juggling a social life. Sleep average has been around 6 hours per night and caffeine intake has been 300-400mg a day just to avoid napping. Last day is the 20th and then I'm free 😴😴😴
On the plus side, been receiving a lot of positive news these past few days. First and most recent, I want to give a big shoutout to @noreasterocr teammate @ultrabeastjosh for destroying the Spartan World Championships 24-hour Ultra Beast based in Iceland for coming out with the win!! A huge inspiration to everyone and with all the hard work he's been putting in according to his posts and Strava activities, I'm not surprised. Huge congrats!! #spartanrace#ultrabeast#iceland#noreasterocr

ive always been scared of digital painting but its not so bad.
erggh i have 1 more commission to go. then finish last style meme and finally recent art trade. i'll be open for more commission after i finish these first. you would think that after getting my ass kicked in art class i would chill. ;A;
Well here it goes...
There's being bummed and then there is DNFing in Iceland. Long story short it was practically and ice skating rink, fell and hit my head and diagnosed with a concussion. With the wind and the icy conditions and the suggestions from medical and knowing tjencpnditions of the course I decided to call it quits very early on.
As absolutely soul crushing as it is to have put a year of training and thousands of dollars into this event it hurts even more because I feel like ive let down so many of you who were supporting me from the start. With that being said I want to thank you all so much for all your well wishes and cheers I love you all so much and this experience wouldn't have been nearly as exciting as it was without you. I definitely had a good cry about it but now all I can do is enjoy the rest of my time in this amazing country and start focusing on the next big thing.
With that being said this was the GNARLIEST course I've ever been through and yes, I'd totally come back next year and give it another go! Huge congrats to everyone who toed that line nearly 24 hours ago i am in awe of every one of you! Thanks for an amazing experience #freezingman
In 2016 I completed my first @spartanrace Sprint(5miles) than a Super (12miles) and Beast (16miles) to completing my first Trifecta. Having a never-ending desire to keep gettin better and to keep doin better I knew I had to step it up in 2017 and that’s exactly what I did. I trained my ass off and received my first Double Trifecta medal and first 27mile long Ultra Beast medal. I wonder what 2018 will bring.. Fun Fact>>> During the Ultrabeast I dropped the atlas ball on my knee limping the last 6miles of the race to the finish line. It just goes to show what your capable of when your too dam stubborn to quit! You might get knocked down and around, but as long as you don’t stay down you CANNOT be beaten. 🔥👊🏼💪🏼 #spartanrace#spartan#trifecta#trifectatribe#neversettle#sprint#super#beast#beastmode#ultrabeast#1stphorm#legionofboom#1stphormlegionnaire#1stphormathletesearch#iam1stphorm
