No RUN and no video today. I am sorry but today I feel not good. A little sore throat and too tired to train. So the second 200km week is already gone but who cares. I will not reach the 3 weeks target but I trained hard, very good and every day in the last 38 days so it seems that my body needs a rest for 1-3 days. 200km that’s just a number. A nice to have. But the important thing is that you listen to your body. And today was like: „Ok, you could RUN. No temperature, only tired and a little sore throat. But it‘s better to stay at home. Forget that 200k. You fight with your thoughts. Should I go out to get that kilometers in my legs? I need my training. I wanna RUN. But that 200km it’s just a number and today it‘s a good day for a rest. My body will like it and maybe I can go on tomorrow, Saturday or Sunday. Always listen to your body.

Fuck yes! I finally managed an "ok" length run so I'm considering it a #longrun . Target was "steadyish" and constant, and with wind and hills permitting, it was about met.
A plus side of a tight hamstring is that it forces strideouts all the way round so at least my form should be improving!😂😂
It is definitely a positive that after months of almost no training, I was still able to average a 13’00/mi pace on trails today with 1,860’ gain in the 14 miles I finished... and that was including slowly walking the final 3.5 miles of my day!
So while my endurance is down, my pace over shorter distances still seems strong.
Maybe I can beat this disease back again like I did in my mid-20’s and get back to running regularly, again. Maybe! No reason not to keep trying... #100MileTraining

Sebenernya pengen join chapter sebelumnya, tapi berhubung gw tipikal pemalu dan introvert (cehilehhhhh...) jadi baru berjodoh di Chapter 5 tahun ini. Konsep berlari ultra yang gak biasanya. Mencari donasi dgn meyakinkan orang2 utk program #GURUKUMAJU dan jg jualan barang demi menambah nominal donasi. Berani mutusin urat malu bwat kampanye program ini hampir di semua grup whatsapp dan malakin mentemen, hahaha.... Well, untuk race-nya sendiri sangat well-organized, terutama di CP favorit gw di CP 10. Semua relawan dan bahkan fisionya selalu 'make sure' makan dan minum. Kondisi badan sempet drop menggigil hampir 2 jam. Untungnya manteman fisio sigap meminjamkan sleeping bag, cariin kaos baju ganti, dan makesure gw gak menggigil lagih.

Old picture, a throwback to Sept 21st this year.(can’t stand out of focus pics, but whatever) The day before my first 10mile race, at the time my longest yet. Some might say I over trained for it, I’d say I was just aiming high. Don’t care if it’s 10 or 100 miles, I’m gonna do it to death. Can’t imaging the thought of crossing the finish line and knowing I could have done better. Just wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. Are you going to go through life knowing you could have done more, could of had more, could have seen more, but didn’t. Because why, fear? Maybe you won’t succeed the first time, maybe it’ll hurt, people might laugh at you. One things for sure, if you don’t get out and get it, you get nothing. And then you die. Game over.
Whatever this hologram video game of a world this is, I’m gonna finish it at least at wizard level 99 or something.

Cooler temps (ok legit cold in shorts 🤣), 40mph wind gusts (crayzay) & lack of sleep just adds to the adventure ⚡️👊🏼 .
As I close in on another trip around the sun (t-5days)...I remind myself that the way I love and choose to live life is ALL IN!!! LIFE ebbs and flows, hopefully we all have more UP’s then downs but...Who doesn’t have some sort of shit at any given moment they are dealing with...or takes on the weight of the current world (🙋) Use your voice for good, ask for help if you need it AND keep it REAL, Keep it POSITIVE 👊🏼⚡️ Just say NO to being a complainer or the excuse maker...The AIM is to be the DOER and GOAL ACHIEVER⚡️ This thinking has always served me well⚡️⚡️ And is how we ended up with a whole mountain and this amazing light show to ourselves⚡️💥❤️ If it were easy...everyone would do it🤘🏼 .
