Alright. I'm back from the pit of sickness ready to get back to my life! The last 4 days have been horrible! But I am ready to get back into the swing of things! I'm about to go exhale from it all by playing some keys and singing! Later I'll get in a workout too, yay! What do you do to unwind after a crazy week?
Portsmouth bound 🚞 absolutely shattered after a ridiculously hectic week so there's nothing better than unwinding with a brilliant book. So excited about travelling to Derby tomorrow for an incredible day of training ✨
One week from today, I'm honored to get to share in the Self Care Series @bowstreetyoga. This class will be a 2 hour Unwind practice. Geared toward emotional release through yin and restorative shapes, this will be some of the techniques I personally use for practice in that way. Especially since next weekend will be days before the next full moon, and also days before the mid-winter mark...a reflective and slow practice to support the nervous system could be especially nurturing.
