FUN FACT: 😅🏁💪🏼 Growing up I’ve always looked up to Letty from Fast & Furious for having badass toned arms .
💡 Some tips I like to use when training ARMS:
▪️Use lighter weight without using any momentum.
▪️CONTROL the movement
▪️Use ROM!! (full range of motion)
▪️Focus on the eccentric movement on the way down.
▪️ SQUEEZE those biiiiceps at the top!

We spent a lot of time doing randoms around the house yesterday... but if there is one thing I've learned from running an Arbonne business- it is to put first what matters most even when I don't "feel" like it, to keep my "why" in the forefront of my mind.

I did NOT feel like leaving the house & I definitely did not feel like getting the dogs and kids dirty & muddy for me to clean up after, but I exercised discipline. I thought about what my priorities were, looked up a new place to check out, got my ass dressed & took them! They LOVED every short minute of it (it started raining) & we had the opportunity to see the sunset over the lake. I am so greatful to have taken that opportunity to #domore . I mean... look at their faces 😅

I absolutely looooove training upper body 💪🏽😊 when I first started going to the gym my intention was simply to just lose weight & be skinny. I remember going to the gym everyday and spending an hour on the elyptical doing level 10 just so I could burn a 1000 calories. I thought if I burned more calories than I took in I would lose weight #broscience#duh LITTLE did I know how much I would fall in love with lifting and the art of bodybuilding. the gym is where I found the love of my life, some of my closest friends and myself 🙇🏻♀️ now to just keep my head down and focus on what’s ahead 🙌🏽 🎥: @breeonnablea

You’d think I’d be an expert at coming back from time off by now, but I still find it really hard mentally. I am really far off where I need to be strength wise and it’s tough to take! .
I know it takes time so after an intro back to tumbling session I took myself off and got to work on conditioning! .
This is a good go-to bodyweight circuit for anyone to try and 5 rounds was quite enough for me after an hour of training! (10 reps of each exercise, 5 handstands).
It’s not fun but it’s got to be done, and I’m just happy to be back doing what I love! 👀 Here comes the hard work! .
