✨GOOD MORNING!✨ .
So I FINALLY am jumping back into a challenge. Same program I did last time because I just wasn't sure what to do next. And as I'm trying to get back into the groove of things, it seems nice to do something that worked SO WELL for me before! .
The original workout for these is always hard for me. Scissor crunches. I can't do them. My legs can't stay straight and so I feel like it's not fair to try them and potentially injure myself because my body may try to make up for a weak part in my body. So I do extended leg crunches. And I split the 60 seconds for each side. Allowing me to still work my obliques without compromising form. .
No shame in my game to modify. I'd rather do something correctly and REAP ALL THE BENEFITS than do something incorrectly and potentially injure myself. .
I have come across a lot of people lately who talk the talk but don’t walk the walk🤥
When you say one thing and do another then you aren’t doing yourself any favors. .
I’m proud to be beside an amazing group of women who all remain to walk the walk, trust the fall and continue to prove themselves wrong EVERY SINGLE DAY 👊🏻

If you asked me 2 years ago if I would be getting up at 4am to exercise, I would have told you that you were CRAZY! 🤪
I would have said that I already get up early and I am tired from my busy life with kids, school and our side business🍻. But that was 2 years ago. Things have changed NOW!
I know that in order to help everyone else in my life, I need to help MYSELF!

Maintaining mobility through the upper back is important to help the body move well, and help reduce neck & shoulder tension. So lately When working with lots of young rowers this is an area needing attention. Opening up through the upper back & ribs will improve your ability to hold a deep squat & a strong catch position but will also relieve that upper back post ergo fatigue 😳🔥😳, and lets not forget improve your ability to breathe. This is a great stretch to include in your pre row warm up, or after a long ergo!

These are my baby weights!! After numerous injuries, setbacks, weight gain, emotional dramas and personal issues over the last year I pretty much gave up lifting. Yesterday my Dr said I need to be lifting each week. Today a fellow coach encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones. So I took it as a sign to do Upper Body Fix today. So this time of the month, we like to call The End of the Month Hustle •
I have been on my phone non stop helping people from my team get their orders fixed, place orders, reach goals, and flip to the next rank in Young Living... •
with that being said, I have yet again procrastinated my workout.😩
If you follow me on fb, yesterday I was honest with my failure the last 3 months... and I was serious yesterday when I said I was back on track. •
Today I worked out with Olivia, and it was AMAZING!! •

Man today was a major struggle! •
I’m sore as fuck and I’m tired from sitting (yes, sitting!) in a classroom all day for orientation. •
But now that I finished I feel great (until I wake up tomorrow and can’t lift my arms to put on my scrub top!). •
For me everyday is a struggle when it comes to working out. I’m not motivated...heck I’m just lmao lazy! But I always feel so much better when I’m done. #21DayFix
