Day 2/21: Today was a better day for me. Yesterday I got in a great workout, and then sunk myself back in bed with a half bag of chips I ate by myself. But whatever, it happened and I just allowed myself to feel every emotion. 
My body is sore all over from my total body cardio yesterday. I woke up today thinking of all the things I am thankful for. I exhausted so much energy yesterday being heart broken and missing my momma. I know it won’t go away but she would want me to get up and better myself. So, I got my workout done and did some meal prep so I can set myself up for better days. 🙏🏻❤️

I mean have you ever done 1 minute of push ups with your 27 pound toddler jumping on you or forearm planks.  It's a challenge and it's hard!  It didn't stop me though!  Or my little crawler who got stuck in a corner start yelling at me. It was definitely a kid challenge day but I made it through!

I also am starting to feel stronger, I was able to do more and better pushups even with Joseph.  I am not struggling as much.  Everyday gets a little easier.

Day two in the books.  Today was a bit more of a struggle.  Baby girl had her 6 month check up and shots (which is harder on mom then baby) and I just wanted to cuddle her.  But both kids went down for a nap so I pushed play!

Not all days are easy and some are a struggle. But I want to get results and nobody is going to get them for me!  So off to run some errands now that the kids are up and start dinner.

Sad to admit that when I took my Day 1 measurements yesterday my arms both lost about an inch in muscle. In the recent months I had to use lighter weights or no weights at all because my shoulder had felt strained 💥 Pushed myself with 15lbs for rows and curls to a shoulder press but for all the other "heavy" weighted moves during this morning's upper body workout I had to do 12lbs 😓 I will be as strong as I was again soon!.

PS - SO tired of doing everything with my glasses on 🤓 FINALLY going to the optometrist tomorrow!

It has been a very busy day, but I still made sure to push play. Because the only one you're cheating is yourself when you don't do it. And although I may feel like I'm gonna die some days when I do these, I feel so great afterwards. Someone woke up in the middle of my workout today... so I had to push pause and get her settled. Then I pushed play and in the last 10 minutes she started asking me to carry her. I pushed through trying to make her laugh while trying to finish. When that didn't work anymore I pushed pause with only 7 minutes to go 😑 I got her settled again and finished my workout. It isn't always easy and sometimes the workouts seem like they last days 😂 but I still push play and finish! 😁❤️ •

Someone woke up in the middle of my workout today... so I had to push pause and get her settled. Then I pushed play and in the last 10 minutes she started asking me to carry her. I pushed through trying to make her laugh while trying to finish. When that didn't work anymore I pushed pause with only 7 minutes to go 😑 I got her settled again and finished my workout. #transformationtuesday on Wednesday because I fell asleep while my video was downloading... BUT I didn't want to miss out because I am proud to say that my biggest transformation is not physical. It's the mental desire to show up for myself daily! I know that all of my sweat and dedication will pay off in many ways. It killed me to skip Monday and rest my knee, but I knew it was the right thing to do. Last night, however, I did a little #upperbodyfix and all was good! 🙌

Let's just say that I didn't get the best night of sleep.  Between Aiya wetting the bed twice and me worrying about missing my alarm my sleep wasnt very restful. 
But I still pressed play.  This mama has some goals that she wants to achieve and completing this program is one of them.
