So I FINALLY am jumping back into a challenge. Same program I did last time because I just wasn't sure what to do next. And as I'm trying to get back into the groove of things, it seems nice to do something that worked SO WELL for me before! .
The original workout for these is always hard for me. Scissor crunches. I can't do them. My legs can't stay straight and so I feel like it's not fair to try them and potentially injure myself because my body may try to make up for a weak part in my body. So I do extended leg crunches. And I split the 60 seconds for each side. Allowing me to still work my obliques without compromising form. . 
No shame in my game to modify. I'd rather do something correctly and REAP ALL THE BENEFITS than do something incorrectly and potentially injure myself. .

If you asked me 2 years ago if I would be getting up at 4am to exercise, I would have told you that you were CRAZY! 🤪

I would have said that I already get up early and I am tired from my busy life with kids, school and our side business🍻. But that was 2 years ago. Things have changed NOW!

I know that in order to help everyone else in my life, I need to help MYSELF!

Maintaining mobility through the upper back is important to help the body move well, and help reduce neck & shoulder tension. So lately When working with lots of young rowers this is an area needing attention. Opening up through the upper back & ribs will improve your ability to hold a deep squat & a strong catch position but will also relieve that upper back post ergo fatigue 😳🔥😳, and lets not forget improve your ability to breathe. This is a great stretch to include in your pre row warm up, or after a long ergo!

These are my baby weights!! After numerous injuries, setbacks, weight gain, emotional dramas and personal issues over the last year I pretty much gave up lifting. Yesterday my Dr said I need to be lifting each week. Today a fellow coach encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones. So I took it as a sign to do Upper Body Fix today. This morning I️ had an early morning meeting so I had to skip my live team workout. After going all day I️ could have made up excuses that skipping it would be okay, but I️ didn’t. It was a struggle to push play this afternoon. I️ have been shifting my mindset and on week 3  of a morning routine. Just one day different can throw things out of wack. .
When starting a new routine remember, it won’t be easy. Some days you will want to quit and if you don’t see results in 2 Weeks don’t give up! .
You didn’t get this way overnight, so things won’t change back. .
You are committed to making a change, so commit! Love yourself and trust the process. .
As much as we would all love a quick fix or instant results that does not happen overnight. It happens when we show up for ourselves .
So show up for you. You are worth it ❤️

But now that I finished I feel great (until I wake up tomorrow and can’t lift my arms to put on my scrub top!). •
For me everyday is a struggle when it comes to working out. I’m not motivated...heck I’m just lmao  lazy! But I always feel so much better when I’m done.  #21DayFix

Took my workout to the gym today since my babe was working the closing shift at the juice bar. I love the versatility of BOD! I can take my workouts anywhere (as long as my phone is charged) or access them on my laptop at home! There is no excuse to not get a workout in! Today I crushed upper body, worked abs, power walked a mile, and did some more abs in the sauna for about 10 minutes. ⏩⏩SWIPE⏩⏩ to check out a little of my movement in the sauna, and if you look close enough you’ll see me drip some sweat💦 #sweatyselfie #anywhereworkout #sweatdripping .
