Shhhhhh. Don’t tell Mitch’s mom.
The fella on the rope there was our last minute addition to the team. This was his first time canyoneering and LOOK AT’M GO!!
This picture was taken during his own personal record setting 110 ft rappel. Not bad for a programmer. ;)
Our canyoneering trip in Zion last weekend was absolutely in my top 5 all time favorite personal adventures.
In two days, @cteerink1987 @fellersadventures, newcomer Mitch and I dropped through two canyons. We covered about 18 miles and rappelled about 15 times (the longest drop being 120’! A new PR for me)
We finished the trip in headlamps, wading a mile through the virgin river and running from the trail to one of the last shuttles of the day. We sat on the bus in full gear, dripping wetsuits and attracting confused stares from the other passengers. Perfect trip.
Forgive me, but I️m going to have to spam y’all with photos from this one.

Also, this super cute tee is from @shopcharmingflamingos. Shop it in my story. 📸:@evelyncervantes

Until last week, I'd never hiked through a slot canyon. While we were in the area, Antelope Canyon required a guide and a fee. We opted to hike (perhaps get lost) through open desert to a nearby lesser known canyon and couldn't have been happier with what we found. Have any recommendations for where we should find the next one?
That warm light on the red rocks is always so amazing. A great capture here by @b_moore.photography. Tag us in your best Utah photos, or use the hashtag #naturalutah to be featured.
