Holy moly! I’m so happy today! Some of you may know that I’ve been drinking this yummy little pink💘drink for quiet some time now and I’ve lost many inches, and all of my anxiety, I’ve gained confidence and energy and I can just FEEL myself changing for the better each day!
I’ve been told before that while taking Plexus, you really need to try it for 3-6 months to truly feel the affects of it. I felt SO many changes right away, but while I lost inches, I wasn’t able to lose actual weight - in fact, I even gained a little... even though I maintained the inches lost. Now, of course some may find this a little frustrating, as did I. But I made the commitment and I stuck with it!
Low and behold, with a small switch in only slightly limiting my carb intake, I’ve now lost 7lbs in the last couple weeks! I’m excited about this number because after I got on birth control after Rhett, I put on a bunch of weight out of nowhere. And while I bounced up and down, I never got lower than a certain number. Well today, I FINALLY broke it!!
Being persistent with these supplements is key to success. I’m glad I stuck with it and am seeing so many more affects than just losing weight! I mean, look at my hair!! I don’t think it’s ever been this long!!! Eek!!
For reading about my exciting morning, through Friday, I’m offering FREE enrollment to try it!! Message me for details!!! 😘

~ Yesterday I was attending the LA Fallen Fighters Memorial Ceremony in Hollywood. It was full of rich tradition and honor. It was a privilege for me to be there. Considering I live in a village without a single traffic light, the LA freeways were too intense for me. I felt lucky to find my way out of the concrete city. I've decided I needed to unwind so I'm heading north on Highway 1. With each mile north I begin to cruise and my smile returns. I will write more about these Memorial Celebrations by a very proud LA Fire Department. On their register, it asked for your name and where you were coming from ~ all I could manage to write was my name and that I was coming from "Mile Marker 88."
@miss_moni21 @misslaurin805 and I slaying on the dance floor! 💘💘💘 I have to admit that I was nervous when I saw what we had to do with our chair routine... but after some practice and a confidence check, I feel like I got it pretty good! This class realllllly pushes me out of my comfort zone... like a lot. But, I'm just in there to strut my stuff, be challenged, hang out with a great group of friends and get a workout! My soul loves to dance!!

Nothing prepared me for how my babies would bring out such different pieces of my heart… Carter truly tests me in my patience. The one thing I know I can always work on. He is very headstrong and thinks that his way is the ONLY way… Since he was a baby he’s always been very precise and takes his time to finish what he’s doing. BUT, I know that he’s a reason. He teaches me how to embrace time and how to slow down and just live for the moment – not for the day, month or year.
Tanner is my sensitive little one. You need to be extremely calm for him, compassionate, and loving. He just wants things cool, calm and collected. For him, he’s teaching me how to include everyone. He may be straight faced and serious, but his heart is so full of compassion and care for others.
Rhett is my little tornado. He doesn’t play with toys. He just likes to knock everything over in his path. I’ve definitely learned how to “let it go” with this one. It’s just way too much to play with him, work, clean the house and worry. His sweet little giggles and big huge kisses makes it so easy to be more relaxed.
My prayer is that somewhere in between the three of them I will be the mama they need. I don't deserve them - my sweetest gifts. But they press me deeper into Jesus than anything else and I'll give my every breath to love them well.
Being a #boymom has proven to be challenging. And after having Rhett and subsequently starting rounds of Depo, my hormones were all out of balance and I was very anxious, maybe depressed and always tired and irritable. I can’t say that I’m NEVER irritated or angry anymore because I mean… #momlife BUT I’ve found SO MUCH change and rebalance. I prayed and prayed for a solution and my friend was dangling the answer right in front of me for so long. Now, I’m sharing it with my friends in hopes that they too can find the happiness and calmness that I have.💘

Every night, I take 3 of these right before I hit the hay. What is it? It's my amazing probiotic - Probio5!! I've never taken a probiotic before, or even a yogurt challenge... so I didn't know what the "rules" were for probiotics...
Did you know most probiotics need to be refrigerated!? I didn't know it until someone thought it was a fake because I said it didn't need to pop in the fridge! Naturally, I want to know everything about the product I am taking and providing others, so this is what I found:
The first probiotic listed on probio5 is called Bacillus Coagulans. It is a lactic acid producing bacteria that represents a breakthrough in probiotic supplementation (this is important!). This beneficial bacteria is dormant in the bottle, THEN reverts to a growing bacteria in the intestines. Because of this, it resists being killed by stomach acid; in contrast, many (refrigerated) Lactobacillus probiotics lose most or even ALL of their potency before use and do not survive their trip through the stomach. This is why Probio5 doesn't need to be refrigerated. 🤗
✅REMEMBER, the bacteria has been FREEZE DRIED. That is how it is dormant until it reaches our intestines - then it gets to work!
🎉Cheaper, better, more convenient. I take my Probio5 on all my trips! That would be impossible if I had to refrigerate it.🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Witnessed my first rocket launch the other day. Had no idea they were going to let me bring my camera on base (luckily I keep a tripod, remote trigger and a kit in my trunk). So there I am, at 5:20 in the morning, it’s pitch black, all I can hear is the ocean and SpaceX personnel making their final adjustments, my hands are frozen solid and then boom. Lift off. That ensuing chunk of seconds is the first time in my life I’ve forgotten what to do at an event I was covering. I became lost in the moment. I snagged only two usable pictures that day. But I ain’t mad.
