A rejection is a blessing in disguise because it gives you feedback.
If you lived in a world where rejection didn't exist, you would never know if you were good or not.
On planet earth, we are blessed with rejection. It allows us to calibrate and to learn from our mistakes.
Let's all become beasts in the game.
Blood work came back from physical the other day 💉👨🏻⚕️ My cholesterol, everything is in perfect range so that is great news ☑️💯 All the clean eating nutrition (for the most part 😂), daily water intake and good training is paying off and my body is loving it💪🏼 I'm just like everyone else and don't really care to go to the doctor or get checked out all the time but I was overdue for a checkup and I'm glad I went! Take care of your bodies everyone and get blood work done to make sure you don't have any imbalances!👊🏻 Have a great day everyone!

You must learn to walk before you can run. Bodybuilding is a marathon so you must learn to be patient. Too many people ask "how do I look like you". "What do you take". I've been body building for 16 plus years hardly ever missing a beat. Day in and day out sweating blood and following the protocols. Patients is definitely difficult at times, but it makes you appreciate the results. My suggestion: keep going..... don't stop..... GRIND!
