Creatine enhances the body's capacity to perform high intensity work. Creatine phosphate (creatines high energy molecule form, stored within cells) is used to supply the type 11b muscle fibers (fast-twitch high-glycolytic; the ones that get largest in size) with immediate energy, ensuring these muscles do not prematurely fatigue

Some things that have been helping me and can help you through these tough times of no energy and starvation are
💥eating more Whole Foods
💥eating lots of veggies
💥taking out higher caloric foods even if they're ok to eat
💥intermittent fasting, which is eating all your food for the day in 8-10 hours instead of spreading meals throughout the day. This one is key cause no matter what your gonna be hungry but at least if you eat all your calories next to each other your a lot better off in that time period, for workouts and etc. -

I walked to a restaurant tonight to go buy it because I was MAJORLY CRAVING it. I don’t drink it all the time just when I massively crave it. No it’s not the best for you. No it’s not healthy but allowing myself to have it every once in a while with 0 guilt or punishment is mentally healthy. You can sub diet soda with pizza, ice cream, candy, fries, really anything.... don’t deprive yourself because that WILL lead to over eating and sometimes binging. Remember there are NO good or bad foods. Just #NutrientDense and #CaloricallyDense. Portion control, moderation, and balance🤟🏼 #winning

This is an EXCELLENT exercise for hitting the upper chest. It’s maybe the most unique exercise I’ve ever done, but ever since I’ve begun including I️t in my regimen, the hypertrophy in my chest has been phenomenal. The function of the pecs is to bring the arms together, which you are keeping constant throughout the entire movement. A GREAT EXERCISE FOR BUILDING THAT UPPER SHELF🤙🏼

Taking lean to the next level! My physique has grown so much in the last 6 months or so and I'm feeling like I leveled up. Making new goals and smashing PR's, I got fuel in the tank and I'm feeling victorious! Awhile ago I felt just like I had no size and only cuts, but I've been working to put some size on and and I feel like my physique has grown exactly as I wanted. I'm still running but not as much as I wanted to, about every 3-4 days. It's hard to run so often because I'm training legs every other day, which I'm actually enjoying more than expected. The student athlete grind continues and it's looking better than ever!
