Hand across my heart these are the best breakfast sausage patties ever! Gotta plan them since they need time overnight to mingle the flavors but they’re super easy. I subbed a flax egg and nutritional yeast and they’re perfect. 노랑노랑한 말랭이가 아니라 놀라셨죠 미오솜의 고구마는 친환경과 자연재배하는 농가 두곳에서 온답니다.
농가 상황에 따라 번갈아 도착하는데 우선 제대로 된 친환경 재배를 한다면 더구나 비닐멀칭도 하지 않는 경우 고구마 스스로 면역력을 키우고 보호하려는 습성이 생겨 껍질이 단단하게 나무껍질처럼 단단해 지는 현상이 생깁니다.
또 약을 치지 않기 때문에 수많은 벌레들의 습격이 있지만 고구마는 그중 굼벵이와의 전쟁이라 할 정도로 농부님들이 힘들어 하신답니다!
그런데 그 굼벵이 들이 스쳐간 곳이 단단하게 자국이 남거나 하지요!
그래서 말랭이를 하기 위해 제가 늘 요 부분들을 손질을 해내고 말리기 때문에 모양도 조금 많이 자유롭고 좋은 영양분을 고스란히 담고 싶은 제 마음에 껍질을 살려 주다보니 색도 얼룩해 보이죠~
시중의 반듯반듯한 고구마를 쓴다면 그냥 보기 좋게 껍질을 홀랑 벗기면 좀 더 보기에는 좋을테지만 미오솜이 담고자 하는 만들고자 하는 진짜 고구마말랭이가 될 수 없기 때문에 그렇게는 만들고 싶지 않아요~
조금 투박하고 조금은 못난이여도 속에 담은 것만은 진솔한 아이들이니 많이 예뻐해주세요😉

Creme de morango para o dia começar saboroso e saudável!
3 inhames médios
1 xícara de morango
½ xícara de A Tal da Castanha original
2 colheres de sobremesa de açúcar demerara
Modo de Preparo:
Descasque os inhames, corte em rodelas e cozinhe na água até ficarem macios. Reserve.
No liquidificador, bata os morangos com A Tal da Castanha e o açúcar demerara.
Acrescente os inhames cozidos e bata até ficar um creme homogêneo.
Leve à geladeira por pelo menos 2h.
