Having now tried these bars as a topping I can genuinely (like really genuinely haha) say that they're sooo gorgeously gooey but crunchy and I am just in love, especially with this flavour and the peanut one!

Good morning ☺️ hope you all slept good 😘 i‘m already at work but i wanted to show you my breakfast from yesterday☺️porridge in a jar, topped with applesauce, figs, some nuts and cinnamon 😋 i love when figs are in season, they look so pretty and are really delicious 😍💕 yesterday i had a day off, which I spent with my mum in another city, taking a walk on this incredibly beautiful fall day ☺️🌞🍃🍂🍁 hopefully today the weather will be nice as well ☺️💗 i wish you all a wonderful day!😘❤️
LIFE UPDATE -
Training: feeling strong, in the middle of my strength cycle, making progression -
Diet: doing a 2 week mini cut right now and then I’ll be back to my lean bulk (lean bulk = being in a slight caloric plus so I have a positive nitrogen balance and build muscle mass while gaining only little fat)
Life: working hard on my vegan nutrition guide ebook. I’m so proud of it and I wish I could have read it when I started my plant based journey 4 years ago. It would have helped me a lot and I would have avoided a lot of mistakes. Besides that the autumn is so far super productive for me and I work on my projects all day while keeping the balance with training, walks with @vegandogkiwi yoga, swimming meditation etc.

This came up in my news feed and was met with my usual feelings of sadness/ disappointment. Worst still, it's from my own memory reminder!
A reminder of a time I paid people to take animals from their natural habitat, imprison them in captivity and exploit them for money.
A reminder that I didn't think about animals from their point of view.
A reminder that i changed my mind.
Animals are unique and wondrous in their own right without coercion into gimmicky tricks for entertainment. They are not manufactured commodities for human use but individuals, families and with traits unique to each species and individual.
Animals value their freedom from use, captivity and harm and are most happy living in the natural habitat they are adapted to.
A reminder that they deserve us to advocate for what is in THEIR best interests, not their use to humans.
A reminder that if I can change my mind so dramatically, anybody can.
I feel deeply grateful for all the other vegans and soon-to-be-vegans who are truly helping to heal this world. 🌎
I'm also feeling grateful for the internet for being such a useful tool for spreading information and inspiration.
SHITAKE POTATO GINGER SOUP
Today was raining and I did this for my moooooother @vitralizarte @macochia !!!!!! Quite easy soup and quick. 2hs prep including veggie stock. I saved the kitchen scraps in a ziploc bag last week and freeze it. Today I did a quick veggie stock for this soup!!!
Was a little windy and cold so it was perfect!!! And also thanks to @the_healing_cuisine I found out that shitake mushrooms contains the famous B12 vitamin, so worthy in our vegan world !!! Also she reminded me about iron absorption regarding plant based diets, to really get all the protein and iron absorbed you need to have a good intake of vitamin c, I call it the wd40 of the protein lol. Cause it helps to take the nutrient, in this case the iron, where it needs to go. So remember folks take your vitamin c otherwise there is no point !!! 💚💚💚💚
2 big potatoes mirepoix
2 white onions mirepoix
4 garlic cloves chopped
100gr shitake mushrooms soaked
2L veggie stock
30cc olive oil
1tsp pink salt
1/2tsp black pepper
1/8 cup chives chiffonade
2 tsp ginger chopped
1cup white whine
For this soup basically is very easy, I was starving so no fancy technique or complicated stuff. Sauted the veggies until brownish, added the mushrooms, salt pepper and wine, once evaporated add the stock, cook in low simmer for 45 mins or an hour and blend, careful with the lid when hot liquid. Then I added the chives for the pic. Yeah only the pic lol

I learnt this quote from @mommytang, she's one of my biggest inspiration when it comes to "life" (not trying to be cheesy but it's the truth) sometimes we try so hard to tryna fit in a group of people, chances are we want people know our existence and notice us. so we would act like we are one of them by putting up a mask, so much so that we're disguised by ourselves.
It's quite rare to see people actually being themselves (including me), try to ask yourself who would u be when there's no one watching?
