BEEFYVEGANS 3 WEEK TRANSFORMATION ALERT🌱💥🌱
I want to start out by saying, I'm not a body builder, I don't workout with the goal to get on stage, rather I work out to be healthy and be able to handle myself. 💪🏽
I'm very excited to tell you that this was my first official transformation. Since playing college football my average weight has been 183-185lbs. 💥
Yes, this was a 21 day transformation. We believe we have cracked the code to building muscle on a plant🌱based diet. Honestly, I had to push myself but the #gainz were definitely worth the transformation. 🌱
In the picture on the left, I had been traveling and didn't make time to eat the way I usually do. On top of that, I hadn't been to the gym in a week and a half and weighed 184lbs. 💥
On the right, it appears that I have leaned out. This is not the case. I am much more solid and dense than I am on the left.
I put on 9lbs and weigh 193lbs. You can see that my back, traps, shoulders, chest and arms grew! My abs did not become as defined as I would have liked them to but that's because of Thanksgiving, drinking, eating and the next week was my Birthday. "C'est La Vie!" 🌱

Baked tofu with mushroom gravy with mashed purple sweet potatoes 👉👉👉👉
STEP 1️⃣ Wrap 2-4 purple sweet potatoes in tinfoil and place in oven at 375.
STEP 2️⃣ 15 minutes into baking the sweet potatoes, add some sliced extra firm tofu and cook for 30 minutes, flipping tofu halfway through.
STEP 3️⃣ once the tofu and potatoes are done cooking, mash the potatoes in a bowl with some vegan butter, plant-based milk, and cinnamon.
STEP 4️⃣ drizzle mushroom gravy (this is some prepackaged stuff, all!) on the tofu, serve and eat!
OPTIONAL STEP 5️⃣ eat something green too... I threw in some green beans for good measure 🙃
Lower body work today! Each movements we did were 4 Sets 20 reps each and we added a bit intensity to it by timing every Sets then try to beat the best time! Simple change got my legs shaken halfway. You should try it! Its intense, its fun and it’s a great way to improve yourself fast!

I've seen the stats vegan promoters put forward regarding how eating meat contributes to carbon emissions and climate change and I always kind of thought ah I'm just one person.. doesn't really matter what I do in the grand scheme of things. But then you see things like this, and it gets you thinking. Who knows if what I do really makes much of a change in the big picture but, f*ck might as well just do what I can. .
Idk about all of you but Ive been a shitty friend, a shitty partner, and a shitty family member from thinking the little things I do don't really matter. But the little things add up and make up a huge aspect of who we are. I'm not telling you what to do, to each their own, but if you think you're health will suffer if you start cutting out animal products, hmu. We can chat n maybe I can help.
