Thank goodness my human gives the best massages(after telling me off for being so silly of course😁) Went back to running yesterday,was so proud of myself.managed 10miles including the dreaded hills& got rewarded with these yummy pancakes.he made me vegan pancakes😳😍.i've tried making pancakes & it just didn't work,so now I just prefer to eat them😇. The ingredients: ·Oats
·Vanilla rice protein
Topped with a banana & syrup...put all those calories I burned on my run right back on 😅.was worth it though.

Sneaky hex bar deadlift today! 💪🏼 -
Always mixing my training up, today I got into the hex bar deadlift to work on my grip strength. It's such a good bar to practice deadlifts with! I am use to the regular barbell so it was a nice change. Today was a nice and easy sesh, 140kg for 8, dropping the bar on the ground in between reps. The lighting was making me literally pitch black so there's a bit of colour and filter editing happening in this still shot 😝

If someone had told me a few years back I'd be cycling up mountains, over 100km in a row spending a big part of my day on a bike I'd have laughed at him. I'm not saying saying this is easy and you can get there overnight, hell no. I've struggled, I have been discouraged and challenged so many times being the one in the back who couldn't keep up while everyone else seemed to be fine. I'm also not saying it's easy now, would not be fun if it were.. my butt still hurts and my legs still burn but I guess I have learnt to handle the pain and appreciate it for what it is. I've been feeling fantastic physically, my body is full of strength and energy so I make sure I use this one the right way. 🚴🏽

Hokkaido-Kürbis, Kartoffeln, Suppengrün, Knoblauch, Ingwer und Zwiebel in Öl anbraten und mit Curry würzen. Mit Gemüsebrühe ablöschen und ca. 25 min köcheln lassen. Pürieren, 1 Dose Kokosmilch unterrühren, würzen, fertig 💛 #pumpkinlove

If there isn’t a balance of mobility and stability, then movement patterns will be dysfunctional. The dysfunction many times can be related to a disruption in the neuromuscular system.

We as humans can reference the way we choose to live our lives from so many natural elements that Mother Nature has provided.
When I look at a tree for example, I see something that is strong, grounded, connected and something that is continuously growing. It is always growing and moving in one direction no matter the weather, no matter the season. Which can be seen as the challenges we tend to face in our own lives and just like the weather it will pass and we can continue to move forward.
I see branches as different pathways of which we can explore but they are always connected to the trunk that can be seen as our core values. There are always more than one branch on a tree which in this context can mean that there are always more than one pathway to take and navigate.
As trees grow tall and strong they also enable protection which can sustain life for other elements of nature. This can be viewed as when you grow in to the person you are destined to be, you enable opportunities, possibilities and guidance for others to be who they are meant to be • 🌳🌹🌲🌿🍂🍃🌱🌼 #Growth
