VEGAN BAG GIVEAWAY 🎒✨ I am so excited to partner with @colabbags to giveaway a Samantha backpack in the colour of your choice--see options by scrolling! (the same one I posted in a photo of myself a while back and that I wear nearly daily 😅). Personally I think vegan bags are a toughie. I find them either not so cute, or very expensive and your girl loves Stella but already owns too many of them and tbh it would hurt my heart to buy another anytime soon. So yes I was so excited when I found Co-lab and their vegan bags are affordable for the high quality in my opinion ALSO cruelty free and fair trade! (open to Canada & the US only sorry international babes 😢)

By the way I am in love with Spain, everyone here is so kind and when I first arrived here I received so many kind messages and recommendations from you all and it's amazing, not like anywhere else I've been! 😭 are people 200% nicer in Spain or are there just a lot of vegans here?? I love it and never want to leave 😭
Okay truth time. I had a little scare with my first meal in Barcelona because after a long day of traveling, the closest place on happy cow was a Vietnamese place that was supposed to have vegan options. This is not typically a cuisine I eat but I figured why not, let's try it. I got a rice noodle bowl with tofu and made sure to ask if it was vegan and they said yes but as I started eating it I started wondering if there was fish sauce in it because I was reading reviews of this restaurant on my phone saying that they often do and I'm not used to the flavors of this food so I was unsure. So, I stopped eating it and asked again to make sure. The waitress reassured me that it was a vegan sauce so I felt a bit better but idk for some reason it just wasn't making me feel good so I didn't end up finishing it. I'm posting this to show that every vegan find is not a success and sometimes little slip ups can happen even when you have the best intentions. #vegan#veganbarcelona#foodblogger#veganfood#plantbased#vietnamesefood#travel#vegansofig#govegan
So guys, I must confess I followed a group of Chinese men into this restaurant and I'm really happy I did. This hole in the wall joint is easily overlooked but quite authentic. I had the tofu with leeks, 5.00€, it was DELICIOUS! I also had a beer and side of rice. The proportions were on the bigger side, I definitely wouldn't categorize them as "tapas". If you're looking for a cheap and authentic Chinese food fix, this place will not disappoint.
Here we have the Veg prawn cocktail with sauce, soft vegan cheese, and olives. 8.90€. I found this to be too salty for my taste, it is very olive heavy. But, cool nonetheless less. B.B. King burger was satisfying. It contains, soy tempeh, roasted eggplant, hummus, tomato, and sun dried tomato pesto. 8.90€. Lastly, the Lucrezia sangria with brandy citrus fruits and arugula, 7.00€.
