Yellow dreams ☺️two frozen bananas, 1 normal banana, 250g frozen mango, 1 dl OJ and 1 dl coconut rice milk 👊🏻found this new coconut rice milk that is organic instead of alpros that is not organic. It has a more real taste of the coconut, the brand is called The bridge I think 🙈 I will take a photo of it on insta story 😉
Current fav meal. I always only have one fav meal that I eat 97% of the time, and then I change to a "new" meal that in reality is usually only marginally different. 👉🏽 Spicy Spanish rice and beans, roasted pasilla pepper, homemade black bean patty, grilled mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, guacamole💚, pumpkin seeds and @traderjoes mango tomatillo salsa. I also always think my meals are "simple" until I write them out.😆 Have a good night everyone!

"Tropical Smoothies Kinda Morning 🌺🍓🍌🍍💦👄 So rejuvenating!
✔️ The Recipe:
-1 cup of strawberries
-1 cup of mango chunks
-1 cup of papaya slices
-1/2 cup of pineapple slices
-1/4 cup of blueberries
-1/4 cup of blackberries
-1 pink pitaya or dragon fruit
-1 ripe banana
-1 Tbsp. of maca powder for endurance
Pop all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. I used my vitamix and blend until nice and creamy!

Time to party again! This bowl was made especially for my friends @anna.pelzer and @inspiredbynick #avogardenparty and is a totally new combination of flavours for me. I wanted to create something new to celebrate the wonderful people that I have had the privilege of getting to know. Check out their accounts for a ton of healthy fresh inspiration. For their party I made Green pea, gluten free pasta that tastes absolutely amazing by Maria's noodles with a tomato basil sauce, covered in bruschetta, roasted tomatoes, sautéd lemon garlic fiddleheads and the most important, the secret to a creamy pasta experience, the vegan magic...🎆 avocado pearls😍. Mix these amazing little balls into your dish and you will not miss cheese one bit.
To make the fiddleheads,
🎆 boil a pot of water
🎆 Add fiddleheads to the pot (washed and trimmed), and return to a boil for 15 minutes.
🎆In a pan, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil at med heat. 🎆Add 2 tsp of minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. 🎆 when fiddleheads are done boiling add them to the pan. 🎆 sprinkle with a pinch of each oregano, thyme, salt and pepper
🎆 sauté until soft and beginning to brown
🎆 Add a tsp of @earthbalance vegan butter to the pan and toss a few times to coat.
🎆 pour in the juice of 1/2 a lemon and continue to cook on med until juice is gone.
Add them to the top of any dish or eat them as a decadent side on their own. .
Basic bowl of brussels, peas, and brown rice for today's I'm- too-busy-to-make-legit-food #packedlunch ! Literally all of these #organic plant foods came from my freezer. Better than eating processed crap though. And sooo cheap, too. Plants for the win. 😋🥗🥒
CARBS 😍 Spagetthi with @bionaorganic tomato and basil sauce, sautéed mushrooms in low sodium soya sauce and spring onions 👌 Tomato sauce is high in lycopene (a powerful antioxidant) and the amount is higher in cooked tomatoes compared to raw 😄 We need antioxidants to helps protect us from damage from all kinds of sources - pollution, diet, exercise, even just our normal everyday metabolism leads to oxidative damage. So stock up on your colorful foods! Colour foods (think yellow, red, purple, green etc) these are often high in antioxidants 👍💛❤💙💚💜
We love🤗 our rice paper rolls. They are just like little bundles of joy🍥 filled with so much happiness and love. How is everyone today? 💫We are so excited about our wonderful lunch. Why do the rolls always disappear so fast? 😂Life is a rollercoaster which is filled with happy and sad moments. Because one is more positive it doesn't make the other bad. 💁🏼We can all grow from pain and hurt if we choose to grow and rise through it. We truly believe in karma and the way one lives their life. In many Situations we can feel left alone and hopeless 🙎🏼where there is no joy or future but we can promise you that if you fight 🌋and search for a better life you will reach it no matter how long it will take. 🌅Get rid of all negativity and things that pull you down rather helping you grow as a individual. Everyone has the right to find happiness. No one is deemed to live a sad and lonely life. Oftentimes people just react 💡to what they see. So when you are puzzled and don't have all of your questions sort out people see what you represent and how your state of mind and soul is. ⚖️When you feel confident and healthy no one wouldn't want to connect to you. 😉So be open to change when it's required and necessary. I had this buddha bowl with red rice, avocado, kale, spinach and sweet potato at last week's Food Talks event. I love it that healthy food is so colorful!
