There's always a way to add in good habits. Work on one thing at a time. 💚This morning started my day off with turmeric oats. 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 mashed banana tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp maca, 1 tbsp flax meal, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, pinch ginger, pinch turmeric, 1 1/4 cup almond milk. Stir over medium heat till right thickness. Serve and enjoy with some tea. 😋

I waited a while for this mango to become ripe. Nothing makes me sadder than an under ripe mango. And luckily I wasn't sad with the champagne mango I got at the store. 👌🏽Needed the mango this morning because I am super exhausted. Didn't get home till really late and didn't find myself in bed till even later. The mango helped give me a fun boost and perked me up. Looking forward to some more sleep tonight tho, that's for sure. 😴
Served my mango as a rose on top of my Cardamom oats (1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 mashed medjool date (optional, or choose sweetener of choice), 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tbsp flax meal, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground Cardamom, 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. Stir dry ingredients all together in a sauce pan, then add in almond milk. Bring to a simmer and cook until desired consistency is reached. Serve with fruit and other fun toppings. 😋

Savory Saturday smoothie 🌟 no fruit in here, just a hefty amount of vegetables, sounds a little weird but tastes very delicious ✨ My husband called this "earthy...in a good way" 💗
To make blend together: 1/2 packed cup purple sweet potato (roasted then cooled) + 1 carrot (chopped) + 1/2 cup cauliflower (steamed then frozen) + 1 cup almond milk + 1 tablespoon peanut butter + 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon + 1/4 teaspoon cardamom. Topped with @coyo_is_coconuts coconut yogurt, hemp hearts, and @georgiagrinders peanut butter.

Made these pumpkin pancakes last Sunday and have been craving them again all week... so I made 2 batches this morning and can say they turn out GREAT using almond milk or just plain water. Omitted the egg and added pecans and a few dark chocolate chips to the batter. Colorful Vegan’s Chocolate Banana Almond Butter Breakfast Loaf🍌🍫Oven to 350F🍞You’ll need: 3 mashed bananas, 1/3 C room temp almond butter (I used raw crunchy), 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/3-1/2 C plain soy milk, 1/4 C brown sugar, 3/4 t baking powder, 1/4 t salt, 1 3/4 C white whole wheat flour, 1/4 C cocoa powder, 1/2 C dairy-free chocolate chips...Mix mashed 🍌nanas, almond butter, vanilla, soy milk, brown sugar together then stir in with mixed dry ingredients, careful not to over-stir...Pour into a lined or oiled loaf tin & bake 55-60 min.
