The stack is back y’all 🕺🏽🐋🥞🙌🏽🌟 I’ve outdone myself with this recipe 🤓 Bloody tasty that won’t make you food coma afterwards or contribute to cruelty towards innocent beings👌🏽🐮🌱❤️ ➡️ 1 cup wholegrain grain oats, 1 ripe 🍌, 1/2 almond milk, 1/2cup h2o 💦 1tsp baking powder and/or baking soda, hand full of chia seeds and almond meal (basically whatever you have in your cupboard lol) blend until mixed and dollop away on a pan👩🏽🍳 (heat it first so it’s already hot to go 💃🏻) my fav go to toppings are berries 🍇, banana coins, some good old coco yoghurt🌴, buckwheat, coconut flakes, and I went super fancy this time with carob sauce🍫 - mix carob/cocoa with rice malt/maple syrup💫 #frothing

My favorite fall breakfast on a chilly week day morning has been OATMEAL! 😄🙌 I love how hearty & warming it is, and you can hide so many healthy ingredients without you (or your loved ones) noticing! 🙃😏 Today I used : 1/2 cup steel cut oats — boil in 2 cups of water, then simmer until oats soak up most of the water. Then I added a cup of frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries & raspberries), 1 tbsp of hemp hearts, chia seeds & ground flax. Add a dash of cinnamon & maple syrup to taste. I also added pumpkin seeds & walnuts for the first time today & it was delightful — will definitely be adding those to my morning oats! Enjoy! (P.S. thanks for checking out my new insta! I made my boyfriend some oatmeal for breakfast and zhushed it up a bit so why not share a pic? Oatmeal is seasoned with turmeric and ginger then topped with hemp seeds, chopped almonds, and sliced strawberries. #oatmeal#veganbreakfast
Have you ever tried making granola from scratch? It's so simple: toast oats, almonds, Just Pomegranate, and Just Pineapple in the oven for 15 min on 350F. Take out, toss in honey, and pop back in the oven for 8 min. Let it cool completely and enjoy!
