This is messy af but also tasted so damn good so it would be rude not to share 😏 I made my microwave protein brownie with @alpro go on on top, peanut butter sauce (made from powdered pb) and raspberries 😍 I've posted the mug cake recipe before but let me know if any of you want me to post it again 😘 have a fab hump day everyone 🍑🍑
This is vegan r#olledicecream from @blossomicecream in downtown #Brooklyn . Blossom Ice Cream iw unrelated to the vegan Blossom chain. It is not 100% vegan. It's just a weird coincidence. But they specialize in rolled #icecream and drinks served in light bulbs, and they have a handful of vegan options!
I got the #keylimepie#veganrolledicecream , but I was informed their #grahamcrackers have honey in them. I was grateful they offered this knowledge to me, but I did find it strange that even one of the flavors that is listed vegan (versus there is a #veganoption like this one) has graham cracker. I hope that they get some vegan graham #crackers which are not terribly difficult to find. Anyway, I subbed oreos instead which sounded weird but hey whatever. So this is #soyicecream , and they add #lime and #oreos and crush it up and #roll it up and then you have a choice of toppings. The people working there were not sure what was vegan besides #fruit , even though there were cereals that are vegan there too, they just said the fruit. So I also hope that the employees are trained on what is vegan to make this more authentically #veganfriendly , but this is me being nitpicky. I was psyched to get to try this #trendyfood .
I thought that the rolled aspect would be pretty novelty, but I was pleasantly surprised. It kind of reminded me of a chopped salad in that because of how it's prepared every bite turns out perfect. The texture is barely different, especially once you get to the bottom and everything melds together. But it was super #creamy and sweet and I loved it. The lime and #chocolate was a strange combination just as it sounded but it was fresh and bright. Next time I would just have omitted the graham cracker, because the lime ice cream was amazing and refreshing. I was happy with this and would try it again. 3.75/5 coconut bacons!
So obsessed with @theherbivorekitchenandbox's brownies. These are the Oreo and peanut butter ones. Honestly the best brownies ever 🙌🏼🌱 I also had their spiced cauliflower roll with apricot chutney and it was divine! I cannot wait for their cafe to open in July - @tartanmouth @mimmironning apparently vegan afternoon teas are coming!! 😍💚

Parece que esta rico verdad? Pues lo está!! Vegano, saludable, .... y FACIL! 💜
6. Dejar enfriar antes de servir.
Cambios que he hecho yo:
