Beet burgers, yes please! This might be our favorite recipe of all time. Do you like these burgers as well? Here's the recipe, which can be found on MyGreenHappiness.com, where you can save it into your own account. ⠀
500 g cooked chickpeas⠀
2 red onions (chopped finely)⠀
6 cloves garlic, finely crushed⠀
2 raw red beets (around 700 grams), grated⠀
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar⠀
1 tbsp olive oil⠀
1 tsp ginger powder⠀
1 tsp cardamom⠀
2 tbsp soy sauce⠀
Salt and pepper to taste⠀
1. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.⠀
2. Put the chickpeas in a bowl and crush them with a pestle, but not too fine, it’s okay to have a few rough pieces in it.⠀
3. Fry the red onion and garlic for about 5 minutes on low heat in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil until it turns glassy.⠀
4. Add the grated beet when it’s cooked (6-8 minutes). Then add the soy sauce and apple cider vinegar and remove from the heat. Add this to the chickpeas with the ginger powder and the cardamom. Add pepper and salt to taste and mix everything into an even mixture. Is the mixture very humid? Then add some oatmeal.⠀
5. Divide the mixture with your hands into 8 equal parts and place them on the baking tray, fry the burgers for 15 minutes, then turn the burgers over and fry them again for 15 minutes.⠀
6. Serve a burger on a bed of lettuce, tomato and cucumber or on a sandwich topped with lettuce, tomato and cucumber and – if you like – a lick of hummus. Bon appetit! ⠀

I still remember when I visited the eatery for the first time last year and how I enjoyed the not dog with the Hello Houmous topping.
Cut to a year later, the menu has evolved and I've just tried the #Christmas options. I can't say I'm a big fan of hot dogs in general but the #vegan burgers are amazing!
