Guess what guys?! I got my cooking on! I made vegan CHICKPEA NUGGETS they are actually quite good but a dip is a necessity! I cannot eat it by itself & I also made my first vegan pizza y'all😭🙌🏿😭 I am blessed it was so good and the cashew mozzarella was A1 it will be my go to and it was sooooo easy 🙌🏿 I feel like a vegan chef guys - I've made it. Sorry I have not been on in a little bit. And honestly I had been loosing hope. Not in myself but in humanity. So many horrible awful videos and pictures circle me. Of the kindest most innocent beings being tortured simply for other man kinds taste, fashion, or "culture" NOT NECESSITY. I have been in a low place as I feel hopeless. However I will keep fighting. Keep pushing for the right thing because u could never give up. Not on them. They have no voice and so I shall be their voice. Their light at the end of the tunnel. And I don't care if I continue to get bullied or shit on or get sent horrible nasty words and pictures. I will never stop until everyone knows we are all brothers and sisters. We are all earthlings. Veganism is not extreme. It's you the carnist the person KILLING simply for taste. So STOP being extreme. Get healthy. Save the world. Stop world hunger and illness and murder. Meu primeiro bolo de cenoura vegano 🥕🥕🍫! Ficou muito bom e não tem nada de glúten ou açúcar refinado! Como doce sempre foi meu ponto fraco, acabei aprendendo a fazer alguma coisa ou outra em casa, isso que eu nem chegava perto da cozinha antes! .
Ingredientes da massa:
1/2 xícara de óleo de girassol.
1 xícara e meia de leite vegetal (utilizei o da @ataldacastanha, mas pode ser qualquer outro).
3 xícaras de farinha de arroz.
1 xícara de açúcar de coco ou demerara.
2 colheres de sopa de fermento em pó.
1 pitada de sal.
Para a cobertura: 200g de chocolate em barra sem leite (utilizei o @only4oficial).
150g de leite vegetal. .
Modo de preparo: Colocar no liquidificador as cenouras, o óleo de girassol e o leite vegetal. Separadamente, misturar os ingredientes secos menos o fermento! Adicionar as duas misturas e bater até ficar bem homogêneo. Adicionar o fermento e mexer mais. Colocar em uma assadeira e assar por uns 45 minutos, mas sempre observando, com temperatura de 180-200º.
Para a cobertura, colocar o chocolate picado em uma panela em fogo baixo, junto com o leite e ir mexendo para não endurecer. Depois de assado o bolo, colocar a cobertura.
