I really need some reassurance right now🙃
I haven't been active lately because of exams as I have finally gotten round to doing proper revision (even if it is a bit late)! I'm officially on study leave and I've sat about half of my GCSEs so far.
But I'm feeling so shit right now as I messed up an exam yesterday by answering a wrong section and now I have so much hatred towards myself and my head is going mad, running over how stupid I am and how everyone's better than me and I just have really strong urges to self harm.
I know it's only one exam, but I'm just have such a perfectionist mindset and literally can't get it out of my mind. If anyone knows how to deal with these kind of thoughts i would really appreciate ittt

Happy Friday my loves! 💛 This week has left me pretty exhausted but I couldn't be happier that it's Friday. Dinner tonight is a delicious avocado sauce on quinoa and corn pasta. Topped with steamed spinach, fresh tomatoes, and marinated tofu. 🍃🍅🥑✨ Plus heaps of nutritional yeast. 🙈 This was a new recipe that I was testing out and I'll definitely be making it again! I'm also super excited now that there's more daylight because I'll hopefully be able to share more dinner meals with you all. 😉
