Rainbow food! Kaia requested a "pink cake" for her birthday so I made this vegan, cane-sugar free, red velvet cake with pink cashew cream icing in the shape of a bunny for her! Then a whole rainbow of vegan, cane-sugar free, strawberry and vanilla cupcakes. Super yummy. What a gorgeous day we had with beautiful people of all ages!

The brownies from the Detroit Zen Center based in Hamtramck are to die for! Vegan, gluten and sugar free! ❤️One of the greatest things I've done this summer was volunteer with the Zenter. Meditation has really improved my concentration and focus. Plus all of their food is so nutritious and tasty! I definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try! ❤️❤️❤️🌷♻️🌏🔅

Sugarfree but still sweet banana bread 🍌🍞 [In one bowl mix two cups of flour, one table spoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt and a table spoon (or more) of cinnamon. In a second bowl smash 4 very ripe medium size bananas, mix them with one can of coconut milk, vanilla extract, 1 table spoon of margarine and 1/4 of a cup of vegetable oil. Blend the contents of the two bowls together and add, according to your choice, dark chocolate pieces, nuts, oats or shredded coconut. I've picked dark chocolate pieces and oats. Bake for one hour at 180 degrees.
