Oh man. Yuck.
Cookies - oats, Gogis, raisins, shelled hemp hearts, 3/4 banana, soaked almonds, lurcuma, spirulina, pea protein powder, hemp protein powder... Eww.
Salad: broccoli, seaweed, B12 flakes, garlic spinach, sea salt, disgusting. Really though.
But super good for you!
High in protein and iron (proceeded by a clementine so as to metabolise the iron with vitamin c), b vitamins, alison...
But oh, what dreadful texture and flavour! Shudder.
Being #vegan isn't all about the tasty deserts and maple syrup. It's not even all about the sushi burgers of zoodles. Sometimes in order to properly load up on all the nutrients your body needs, you need to bite the bullet and eat some of this horror.
#veganist#vegan#milk#condense#milk#invention#inventions#wow I was trying to make #vegandeserts when I develope something else, I end up with 3 new inventions including making condense milk. So now I can make 100% plantbase #condensedmilk . It taste and work the same as other condense milk. GOD IS MY TEACHER. GOD give me knowlege I did not have to study for. HALLELUJA! I make my own product. Wow! Awesome👌 Blessing! It pays to love GOD! LOVE GOD AND LOVE ON SOMEBODY💞
Earth's 6 week Birthday Cake 🎂Dairy Free, Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Cake with Raw Chocolate Coconut Icing and a gooey apple center. 🍾 When I was in labor my mum had a plan to make a chocolate birthday cake for Earth - as a way to celebrate the time, distract from the labor and fill the home with the scent of love. Of course, that didn't happen, although I have heard it really works for some but we enjoyed a lovely cake afterwards and have been ever since.

I’ve been a supporter of Beatrice @rawandroxy since day 1 when she had a stall at the biscuit mill. Wherever she’s moved, I’ve followed! My favourite things are her deserts (best vegan cheesecake in town) her smoothies (the rocket fuel mudslide is legendary, the small whilst R70 (pictured here) is a meal@for one and choc a block with super foods) and her breakfast bowls. I’m not a raw foodie or a #rawvegan but I can say that owner Beatrice has extensive knowledge on healing foods and sincerely wants to help and educate people on the power of eating well. Her cleanses are the best value in town and I love the huge, space with the open plan kitchen❤️
So much fun making this cake for @kharirahim bday! Two different “cake” layers, both made with grounded walnuts, sugar, almond essence, sunflower oil. One of the layers was thickened with @followyourheart eggs and the other one with water, vinegar and ground #flaxseed . The cream layers were made with coconut cream, sugar, lemon juice, lemon essence, chia seeds...one of the layers was literally #earthbalance butter sticks with powdered sugar and lemons. You can also use #vegan cream cheese, or blended, soaked cashews or even cream of wheat to thicken everything. It was super delicious!!! #vegandeserts#plantbaseddiet#veganbirthday#cake#instagood#instavegan#vegansofig
Had a really fun day out in London with Spiro catching up with some of his Trinity friends. We all had lunch at #mildreds#kingscross and I had one of the most amazing #vegandeserts . Living on vegan food can be heavenly.
I've been seeing these @greenplatefoods cookies around social media for some time now, and curiosity finally got the best of me and I order them to try!
We've got 3 different flavors; Cranberry Almond made with Pea Protein, Chocolate Chip made with zucchini, and Almond Butter made with sweet potatoes. Here's my review; (swipe for ingredients/macros)
Cranberry Almond; very reminiscent of a homemade oatmeal cookie - very chewy and soft with perfect crunch from the almonds. Overall, very rich and sweet flavor that was oh-so enjoyable! The pea protein doesn't hurt either 😉 9/10 would devour again!
Almond butter; this cookie almost had a Snickerdoodle like taste, which considering I love Snickerdoodle, I instantly loved this flavor. This cookie had a bit more of a crunchy texture, but still chewy with a nice, strong almond butter flavor. Super satisfying! I'd give this a 9/10 as well.
Chocolate Chip; this cookie was the most crunchy/chewy cookie, more so than the almond butter. It was actually kinda chalky from both the cookie and chocolate chips, unfortunately. The chips are listed as semi sweet but are in fact very bitter like a very dark chocolate (which I don't mind but others may not be fond of) but there's no hint of zucchini, so it's the perfect fix to get your veggies in! With this, CC is probably my least favorite out of the 3, but is still a good healthier treat option if you've got a classic chocolate chip cookie craving. I'd have to rate this at a 7/10.
Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my order, especially with the fact that these are truly guilt-free sweet treats, filled with good-for-you ingredients, AND they're gluten free and vegan! These unique cookies are a pantry staple for sure!
Flesh of one mango blended with dates and prunes and pour into a serving jar. Pour on top a layer of chia seeds then fill with organic natural nut milk and stir. After a couple of minutes stir again leave to set for around an hour then sprinkle a little coconut sugar on if needed. Can also be left over night if having for breakfast.
