UPDATE: I spent $39.62 total. @crayonchowder you we’re spot on! $32.80 for food, $1.14 tax, and $5.68 on the tip. The first delivery was free!
Who says you can’t eat vegan on a budget?! I even had my order delivered to me through the @instacart app because I didn’t want to go out in the snow ❄️ !! This was my first time using the app and I am so happy. The shopper even saved me a bit of money. All I had to do was go online, choose my store, choose my items, choose a time to have them delivered, and as the shopper picked everything up if it was out of stock he just swapped out items or sent a refund for the item. So simple!
Here’s what I got. Let’s see if anyone can guess how much I spent including delivery:
5 organic sweet potatoes
1 bunch organic cilantro
2 cans vegetarian refried beans
2 cans garbanzo beans
1 can diced green chilies
1 can chipotles in adobo
1 bunch organic radishes

Always a great go to when you feel like a healthy and refreshing dinner that will still satisfy you. The Tempe was cooked amazingly and couldn't get enough of all the different vegetables textures mixed with the miso dressing.
