Perfect little plane bite I grabbed in Heathrow airport because plane options are rarely vegan - sweet potato and beet hummus, kale and other veg, and falafel all wrapped up in a tortilla 👌🏼hits the spot (please ignore my ragged nail job!!)
Baked pesto// Even though the pesto took me a while to make (mostly because I wasn't following a recipe and kind of winged all the measurements), the pasta bake itself was creamy but crispy on top. I highly recommend adding a bit of cashew butter or tahini to the sauce before you bake so it's nice and creamy.
passion fruit lime sorbet and coco caramel crunch// tin pot creamery is NOT vegan, but it has a couple vegan options. The coco caramel crunch was SOO rich and creamy, while the passion fruit lime in contrast was fruits and refreshing.
People ask me if being vegan is hard... Um, no. 😍 Aside from feeling a whole lot kinder, which is everything to me, I get to have desserts like this! 🙏 Vegan chocolate cake at @xinalani ❤️ Thank you. 🍓🍓🍓

Day 1: Intention - My intention is to be the best I can be, and I am really working hard every day to succeed at just that. My intention is to be honest and authentic, truthful and fair. My intention is this so I can be someone for my kids to look up to, and a role model for the people whom I meet in this journey called life. My intention is to love wholeheartedly and trust that my heart is strong enough to handle anything and everything. .
Day 2: Diet - I have learned over the past years that 1) there is no such thing as a diet, there is a choice of lifestyle; and 2) there is not such thing as breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is you and there is your body, then there is the fuel that your body needs to sustain you in your daily activities. Learn to listen to your body, it will tell you what it needs and when 😉 I am vegan and thriving, and my body is teaching me what I need to know about me.
Finally!! It only took 7 months for me to get around finishing this video of our week-end in Sandbanks last septembre 🙈I had been postponing filming any new content until I had finished this one cause I kept taking too long with it! 😅 And knew it was the only way to push me to finish it ... So Proud I did and can now move on to making new videos for my channel 🤗 🎥🎞
