RIGHT THEN unfortunately I've had to create an entirely new Instagram account for PlantFuelledMuscle! After doing some research it turns out this account is currently under a 'shadowban'. What this means is that my engagement is awful relative to the amount of followers I have, and my followers haven't shifted in about 6 months. Essentially now that Instagram has shadowbanned my account it means that my content gets shown to a tiny fraction of my followers, and accounts are unable to follow me, hence why my followers haven't shifted in 6 months. As you can imagine this is incredibly frustrating when I'm spending hours making great content to help promote a healthier way of eating and grow my brand, and Instagram are giving me the 🖕🏻. I can understand why this has happened- when I first started the account I'd go on 'follow sprees', wait for accounts to follow me back then unfollow them. If you are someone trying to grow a page DO NOT do this! Learn from my mistake, Instagram WILL pick up on this and shadowban you! A complete protein contains all nine essential amino acids which cannot be produced by the bod, therefore, they need to be eaten in order for the body to have all the INGREDIENTS (amino acids) it needs for proper function❕

Many people think that VEGANS do not get all the essential amino acids they need but that's FALSE since research states that​ plant based diets are rich in amino acids ! Nevertheless, if you're unsure I can tell you that you don't need to worry about that because your body has a pool of amino acids where it takes all the amino acids it needs from the foods you already ate throughout the last days 🙌 ➖
Furthermore, if you combine foods like rice and beans you have a awesome and complete amino acid profile which will help you in muscle growth etc. If you still think you need more amino acids you can easily supplement the main 3 amino acids which are LEUCIN, VALIN & ISOLEUCIN with BCAA'S 🙌 (make sure they use vegan ingredients) ➖
👉 In my opinion it is not that important to combine foods in order to get a complete protein for reasons mentioned above. However, study's show that nearly all foods contain a complete amino acid profile only gelatin is not a complete protein but it is still unclear how trustworthy this study is, so to be sure eat a variety of grains, legumes and LENTILS OR BEANS and you're totally FUELED❕
