Ok so here we have another "Precision Nutrition" fitness instructor that also advises Nestlé Malaysia. This is going to be fun to debunk. Go see @dailymuscle for the original post. 
1. Soy gives you gas and discomfort... maybe for some people, but you forgot that the oligosaccharides that you pointed out to be the problem, are very beneficial for gut bacteria, they prevent constipation, improve calcium absorption and reduce risk of colon cancer. Meat and dairy will for sure get you constipated, giving you discomfort. And having gas is hardly a good excuse to stay away from soy, I bet that you don't stay away from a nice burrito on the occasion. 
2. 80 to 85% of all GMO soy is used for animal feed, that you then eat as steak or under any other form. If you don't want to eat GMO, buy organic, it seems kind of logical right ?
3. The phytoestrogens in soy are no where near powerful enough to feminize you. The estrogen in cows' milk has been proven to raise estrogen levels however. They do prevent cancer, help menopausal women, protect bones and bone density. Kind of useful you'd think. Soy has fiber which allows your body to get rid of excess estrogen by absorbing it, then you eliminate it when you go to the toilet. 
4. Research has proven that soy has no or very little effect on thyroid function if you have enough intake of iodine, it doesn't affect iodine absorption. It has however an effect on hypothyroid patient on medication, since it affects its absorption, and can effect people that are iodine deficient. 
5. You got one thing right ! Bravo ! Soy based infant formula has been linked to ADHD, but so has high manganese consumption of a mother during her pregnancy. Cow's milk has way to much protein and infants are unable to digest it, this is why most of the population is lactose intolerant (65%), the whey/casein ratio is simply too low. Cow's milk has 35grs of protein/L compared to only 9grs for breastmilk that we are designed to drink. 
You should be encouraging people to cut out meat since you are a person of influence on social media, the WHO organisation advises it, so why don't you @dailymuscle ?

-Apply a Vegan cheese of your choice. I went for Violife which is a popular brand here in the UK, and it's derived from coconut oil. -Choose your toppings! I went for chopped green pepper along with tofu pieces marinated in a sticky BBQ sauce.
-Chuck it in the oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes -Cut it into slices and you're good to go! 🍕🌱💪🏻

There are many companies out there making a lot of money on the backs of the animals they exploit. Those companies are very much interested in making you feel good about your choice to consume animal products. They invest millions and millions of dollars on advertising, they try to make their products as attractive as possible through every marketing gimmick imaginable, and they even go as low as to target children, as McDeath has been doing for years. Yet none of those tricks change the fundamental nature of what those companies sell: the products of slavery, torture and death.

But, honestly, I'm not here simply to demonize the big fast “food” restaurant chains. As much as I hate McDeath and all other companies like it, the reality is that the responsibility for the horrific crimes inflicted upon animals lies elsewhere. While those cancerous companies may be profiting off of animal exploitation, CONSUMERS are the ones funding it.

Nonvegans, this is on you. Animals are being hurt and killed because YOU choose to consume their flesh and secretions. Animals are being commodified because YOU choose to treat them as commodities.

Those companies are very much interested in making you feel good about your choice to consume animal products. They invest millions and millions of dollars on advertising, they try to make their products as attractive as possible through every marketing gimmick imaginable, and they even go as low as to target children, as McDeath has been doing for years. Yet none of those tricks change the fundamental nature of what those companies sell: the products of slavery, torture and death. But, honestly, I'm not here simply to demonize the big fast “food” restaurant chains. As much as I hate McDeath and all other companies like it, the reality is that the responsibility for the horrific crimes inflicted upon animals lies elsewhere. While those cancerous companies may be profiting off of animal exploitation, CONSUMERS are the ones funding it. Nonvegans, this is on you. Animals are being hurt and killed because YOU choose to consume their flesh and secretions. Animals are being commodified because YOU choose to treat them as commodities. Does your pleasure justify someone else's pain and death? Does ANYTHING justify the enslavement of another sentient being? Random awesome vegan fact! Vegan sushi like avocado rolls and cucumber rolls average $3 each 😍it's a miracle I actually got a photo of this. Whenever we order out I tend to get half way through my meal before I remember to take pics. Ordering dinners tend to be when we're too exhausted to cook and have $$ to burn (so only 2-4 times a month 😄)🍑🥒🌰🍓🍐 #veganfacts #veganaf #veganfoodshare #healthyfood
