Throwback to our first dinner in Budapest! 😍🙌
We got 10 falafels and 2 falafelwraps from "falafel sziget" and ate them in our hotel room because we arrived late in Budapest 🙈 and it's more like a take away restaurant 😄
They were sooo delicious!! 😍😍😍And what's crazy about it, it only cost 6.50€ 😮🙈🙌
So definitely give this restaurant a try 👌
This is definitely my favorite meal I have EVER made! I was in NYC last weekend and I had a @blossomdujour bowl and it was AMAZING! My boyfriend and I loved it so I made my own little spinoff of it! Here is what my spinoff of their burger bowl was....
A bed of spinach and watercress under long grain white rice with lots of veggies and falafel!
The veggies were all steamed or sautéed with no oil, I used corn, brussels sprouts, tomato, squash, and zuchinni! I also oven roasted the carrots for an hour and they came out beautifully soft and sweet:). The falafels are oil free and vegan as always, but I used a different recipe this time over my last ones and they were a lot more moist! Sooo yummy!!!💓💓😛
Our inaugural "Kabob Night" @swamphead this Saturday just got a lot more delicious. Along side our chicken and lamb kabobs we're debuting our vegan falafel!! Keep it OG w/our tzatziki sauce or keep it vegan and try one of our coconut curry or Thai chili-basil sauces. See you Saturday @thewetlandsshb
Roast potatoes, aubergine, peppers and pumpkin with quinoa and lemon spinach, carrot and zucchini seasame salad, hummus, pesto and the best falafel ever ❤️Honestly one of the best meals I have had. You must check out @beyondthekale if you are ever in Bath 👌🏼 Beyond delicious.
Couscous falafel salad 🥗 A layer of couscous on the bottom spiced with cumin, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast. Mixed lettuce with cucumber, cherry tomato, marinated white cabbage, and bell pepper topped with spinach falafel, agave mustard dressing, and hemp seeds🥒🍅
🌱 Healthy Lupin Baked Falafel \ a perfect vegan treat for sharing!
Yesterday my brother came to drive my mom back to her house and we decided to make these bad boys for dinner last night.
Now I'm feeling pretty lonely in my new apartment but I do think I just need a little more time to recreate my personal "comfort zone ". A new journey is waiting for me and I just can't wait to tackle it head-on 🌱 Happy Monday peeps
