One thing I noticed, nobody was on their phones, everyone seemed to be at planet fitness. For however long you are in the gym, focus on you! Now its time to run 🏃

Today, my stand in the world is that every being thrives.
How I achieve that is as a Business Coach, creating profitable businesses without costing the earth.
I also speak nationally about the role nutrition and our food-choices play in our health & health across the globe.
And... I also adore creating projects for developing communities, my most recent working with refugee girls in Greece. .
How I got to where I am today is interesting: I left university with 3 engineering degrees & speaking 4 languages and the first thing I did was pack up my bags & hitch-hike across Latin America.
I climbed volcanoes & swam with sharks, and I also discovered my passion for business.
Whenever I arrived at a village, I'd stay with the locals in their home & together we'd create a micro-business for them to earn more income.
Zoom forward & I've quit my aerospace career in Europe and am living in Australia where I run my own guesthouse. Its full-on and to release some pressure, I take up triathlon(!)
I sold my business after winning World Championships & this brings be back to today!
I'm a nomadic Ethical Business Coach working with any one who wants to make a positive contribution in the world! 💚🌟

Back in May when I was recovering from dental surgery and couldn't do any heavy lifting and tried to be a hero and do home workouts and made it worse.. 😅
Boy have things changed. Decide to go full force into lifting after I was better, those 3 weeks off from the gym killed me 😫 I vowed I was going to push so hard to get those gains I missed! I am so happy with the progress I am making! Now I have proven to myself that determination and dedication are key! And also I have more stretch marks on my butt than I can count! Lol 😂 I guess you have to pay for gains in stretch marks. That's ok though I don't mind, they are a sign of growth! 😊💪
I LOVE these dumplings😍 And after a long day of training these are exactly what I am craving! A whole lot of carbs and goodness😋 These are especially delicious with @traderjoes Sweet Chili Sauce, which I am obsessed with! That + these Shanghai dumplings are a match made in heaven. I used to only wear under-wired bras cos perky boobs ya know. Well.. nah. Lemme tell ya training doesn't go well with wired bras. I love my non perky boobs tbh. I also love flat chests and full chests. I find all looks appealing, each in their own way I really love it all. This is me. This is comfortable. I also wear wire sometimes (not often). On my 2nd week of rest off CrossFit training due to a few nagging spots with pain that wouldn't go away. It's tough not doing something I loveeee. But I'm using this as an opportunity to work on my mindset, to read more about injuries. You see, fitness isn't just about the physical gains, we must work on the mental ones too and this is my mental work right here. 3 sets of 5 reps of being wise and not returning to train prematurely will get me very strong 💪
"Like where do you get your protein" "vegans can't eat enough protein" "you can't build muscle being a vegan" "all vegans eat is lettuce".... one of those statements is true the other three are false, pick one‼️😈 That quadrupole layer burger doe! Of course I had to have it with a lettuce bun because I honestly crave lettuce more than bread. I guess that's just the vegan in me😂💪

Even if a different person has the same adventures as you, doesn't mean you don't take a different perspective from what you share and love most about your ventures! After all, you might ask your self at times " how did I get here", well, make what ever you get out of it as special as possible because when you go back it might not be the same way as you left it! So cherish it! Life it up! And have fun doing so! No regrets!
