Hey #fitfam ! I logged back on to my #fitstagram for the first time in a while to hear about all the FGG news and I'm sad to see it all go down. I never enjoyed blind leadership and blind following FGG myself, and this further proves it. I don't think that Fit Girls Guide should be supported if they can't be up front about how their product is made and how it is being run. If @fitgirlsguide is really being run my a man (an abusive one at that), it really makes me feel gross that we, as women, have been so vulnerable in this space on instagram. If FGG is being run by a woman who mistreats her employees and makes them feel less than, I don't want to support that either. Thank you to the #fitgirls that have spoken out and helped me to find truths. I HIGHLY recommend unfollowing them and continuing to help build our community through other fit hashtags such as #fitbabesunited or #idontstandwiththebrand
I hope you'll keep following me as I figure out my fitness journey and I'm so grateful that FGG was there when I needed it, but don't get it twisted, we did this shit on our own ladies! 💪🏽

Don’t get me wrong...there is nothing inherently bad about coffee, but there are so many positives to starting your day with hot lemon water. And if you do find yourself relying on coffee, this can be an amazing way to replace that morning ritual and help you ease off the caffeine. Only time for a quick ride in between clients. Felt like was going fast as can so very surprised at slow average. Bike does need a service and aerobars fixed(cant use) so maybe thats a factor. Wind moderate out and back. I picked a guy a couple km ahead and decided to pick him off which i eventually did. He wasnt too happy and came at me strong but I managed to stay ahead. 💡One of the easiest ways to get extra calories in is through using your smoothie maker! As you can see above, this smoothie is over 900 calories and can be made in less than 5 minutes.
🌱The calories and macros have been worked out by using Meridians smooth peanut butter, along with a standard serving of protein powder which usually equals 30g of protein.
🚀You could also try using Soy milk to sneak in some extra protein, or any other plant based milk you may like!
🍉Also feel free to add in any other powders such as Maca powder for some additional nutrients.
☄️I’d suggest using a flavoured protein powder as this will end up being the predominant flavour of the smoothie; if not try using some Cocoa powder for even more nutrients and additional taste!

Banana mango smoothie bowl anyone? Super easy to make and it tasted amazing. I can survive off these! •
Grab some mangos and bananas and throw them in a blender. Add some almond milk and begin to blend. Make sure you don't put too much almond mik because it will turn watery. Watch the consistency of the smoothie and there you go! Add some blueberries for an extra pop on each bite•

1/4 cup of frozen dragonfruit.
2 frozen bananas. .
1/3 cup of cauliflower. .
1/2 cup of almond milk.
combination of moringa, blumajik and beet crystals. . Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with fresh dragonfruit and mint. Enjoy!
