I hope you've all been having a great week so far! I spent the last few days studying pretty much non-stop for a biochem exam 📖 but tomorrow afternoon I'm going back to my hometown for the weekend & finally get to see my boyfriend 😭💕 4 weeks apart is not easy!!😩 But it'll be so nice spending the next few days with him 😊 & being able to go to my favorite gym 😂💪🏻 Do any of you have plans for the weekend?!
What good are wings without the courage to fly?? A MASSIVE WEEK back at tech for me, I asked for the dirtiest workouts and I definitely got them from @laurenanning 😂 Body is absolutely knackered and I can definitely say these are some of the hardest trainings I've EVER done. My goal ATM is body tone and fat loss and I sure am on way to getting it with Lauren as my personal trainer for the last 5 weeks of term 🙌🏼 Main thing now is too stay hydrated, get enough rest and eat amazing. But wait, I still have 1 more training session tomorrow 😂 Sorry if I'm MIA, hangry or maybe a little lost at times hahaha! "A little progress each day adds up to big results" xx A.
